Chrome ai mode suggest Carb X after told it to check my cutting diet and workout. It was correct. Got more energy used as a pre- workout and mixed with whey protein and creatine post-workout. Like mix with blended blueberries for their nutrition and natural flavour. Doesn’t mix perfectly with just water that was shaken and then whisked, lumps can be chugged or found mixing with any solid like some protein powder or tablespoon of soaked oats binds the particles so no lumps. Mixes perfectly with protein powders. Theirs a very mild similar to stevia leaf but can’t be noticed when mixed with protein . Best to sip it over at least five minutes, first time I chugged it and got bloated for half an hour. First time ordered supplements from prime because scare images of damaged/unsealed items, mine picked up from a Amazon locker with no issues, with ABE pump.

Very light and dissolves easily. Not sweet tasting (I like it). I'm using this for targeted keto diet and it's been good.

If you play high intensity sports like football and need quick long lasting energy, look no further than cyclic dextrin. Fast gastric emptying, meaning you can take it just before your activity and it bypasses the gut to go straight to your muscles, whilst giving you a steady supply of energy at the same time. I use two scoops of the unflavoured version in a litre of water with my flavoured sugar free squash of choice, drinking 500ml before the game and 500ml at half time. This provides 200 calories of steady energy that really helps prevent me from getting exhausted. Another great benefit of dextrin is that because it bypasses the gut, there's no GI distress so will work for anyone and everyone. A tip........ this stuff will stick to the bottom of your mixer jug/bottle if you don't mix it as follows....... using a large 2 litre jug, fill it with water and if using the unflavoured version, your squash of choice. 500ml for one level scoop or one litre for two scoops. Using an electric hand blender, start stirring at the slowest speed, then start adding the powder whilst continuing to stir. I chose this product because it was better value than most of the other cyclic dextrin powders on Amazon.

Not a bad carb powder but it’s a bit clumpy when mixing but does dissolve eventually. Ideal way to get quick carbs in at the gym. Personally found another brand that mixes better

I don’t train without it, I’m carb sensitive and this goes down a treat. Takes a while to fully mix, so keep shaking!

I have used this product many times, easy to mix, top quality product, & does the job after & b4 a workout!

Been using as intr workout drink for over a year, love the blue raz flavour. New style tub slightly annoying, make sure the lid goes on properly, only a few turns.

Dachte bei dem Preis und der Aufmachung dass mich ein Premiumprodukt erwartet. Ein Scoop mit 500ml Flüssigkeit wie beschrieben und trotz einem Shaker mit Sieb 4 dicke Klumpen erhalten. Totaler Müll und das Geld auf keinen Fall wert. Werde lieber wieder zum weit aus günstigeren Maltodextrin greifen.
