Very Hot. I'm above average when it comes to handling spice. All I can say is be very careful with this.

Very tasty and hot peppers! We use them when we make Tika Massala. We also crush them and use them with fruit or vegetables, of course with lemon juice and salt.

Hot!!!!!
These peppers are the real deal! If you're looking to spice up dishes or sauces, guacamole, salsa, these peppers will get it done. Warning!!! Extremely hot, and this coming from someone who loves spice hot food. I uses a 1/4 pepper in a jar of salsa and turns up the heat so much. I love them!!!

Hot but fragile
Very happy with them. Dried Carolina reapers are very fragile tho. Doesn't take much to crush them. I put them in birria to add more heat. I uses 3 carolina reapers for the heat ontop of 13 arbol. Very delicious, and I will absolutely buy these again! 🔥🌶♥️

Delicious and super hot hot hot
Boy are these hot!!! They have been a great addition to my hot pepper collection. I make hot sauce and other spicy products and these might be little peppers but the bring the heat. One of the jams I made with these peppers got honorable mention at the fair this year 🥰
