Doesn't alert
Bought this item as an alert monitor if my wife needed help. Found when it came to use it, the alarm didn't respond and eventually an hour later the alert came through to my device. Not recommended...

This is great as long as it’s within signal of the wifi router , I have an elderly mother who wears this around her neck during the day , it’s been a life saver when she fell off the kitchen chair … no subscription and easy to set up . Takes seconds

FAULTY ITEM! INCONVENIENT RETURN!!
It would not pair with panic unit. Tried all apps and different phones. Returning items is SO INCONVENIENT! WHY CANT AMAZON FETCH ITEM WHERE IT WAS DELIVERED?! VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THIS FAULTY UNIT!!
