EMI Nashville's Brothers Osborne will release their sophomore album Port Saint Joe April 20. The two-time CMA "Vocal Duo of the Year" just released their new single "Shoot Me Straight" off the project which was produced by Jay Joyce (Eric Church, Little Big Town). John and TJ Osborne co-wrote every track on Port Saint Joe along with frequent collaborators Lee Thomas Miller, Kendall Marvel, Barry Dean, Shane McAnally, Troy Verges and more. Review: Great cd - Great cd Review: Great album by the Brothers! - John’s guitar riffs and leads are world class! TJ’s vocals are deep and thoughtful delivered in his low baritone to make them haunting and unique! Great music!

BUY THIS ALBUM NOW
This album is INCREDIBLE. I'm old school and still buy CDs because I prefer to use them in the car :) And my short commute to and from work every day this week just wasn't enough time for me to enjoy this album, so I actually brought it into work today to listen on my computer lol This album has more of a blue grass funky fun sound to it than traditional country, in my opinion. The lyrics are great and the music itself is really catchy - literally every single song is amazing. And that says a lot considering the fact that I usually havta give myself some time to grow to love a new CD. With this one, I didn't have the urge to skip over a song midway when listening to it for the first time. Highly recommend this purchase!

Best smelling BO ever! (I mean sounding 😉)
I give 10 stars for the CD. Im a big fan of the Brothers Osborne but this is by far their best music! Honestly, I don’t think they are capable of putting out anything bad. I actually bought the CD when it was first released but gave my copy to a friend so this is a replacement. I give Amazon 3 stars for the shipping. I would have given 5 as it arrived 2 days after ordering, yippeee!, but the CD case was broken in shipment and it’s not the first time. It’s only the case but still, who wants to buy something brand new and receive it broken!

Just great music
I love these guys! This CD is so good, seriously one of the best I have listened to in a long time. I bought both Cd’s so I could have them in my car. My husband took them both in pole barn ... I haven’t got them back. He loves them and is now a big fan. So glad we got to see them when they were in Detroit recently. Did not disappoint. We are totally obsessed, there music just doesn’t get old. We listen over and over again. Great songs, Great music. Buy it, you will not be sorry.

If you like the first one, just buy it.
Great album from an awesome group. I loved their first album. I saw them do their first single from this album on Colbert, I think. As soon as I heard it, I knew I had to have it. I still love having CDs, so that's what I ordered. If you liked their first one, you'll love this one. I like the upbeat stuff best, but this has a nice blend of upbeat/fun and heartfelt slower stuff. I'm a fan.

Brothers Osborne
Fantastic CD - Songs are "make you want to dance" songs. What great talents the two brothers are!

I picked up the Brothers’ first album, Pawn Shop, at a summer sale at a well-known chain record store. It was a bit of a punt but I liked the look of the album, the inserts etc and handed over the cash. I didn’t regret it. From the off, Pawn Shop is sharp, dynamic and in your face. For a debut album, it is incredible - beautifully arranged, produced and played, expertly treading a fine line between country, cowboy and hard rock sweetened by top-rate harmonies and acoustic interludes. There’s some serious guitar soling going on, too - not mindless doodling, just taut finger-picking that doesn’t overstay its welcome. Follow-up, Port Saint Joe, neither replicates Pawn Shop note for note nor indulges in unnecessary experimentation. Instead, it’s a natural continuation of the first album: the songs seem crisper, the playing deeper, the arrangements tighter and the listening experience that much more enjoyable. I didn’t think it would be possible but Port Saint Joe takes the satisfaction levels up a few notches. I was so impressed I listened to it three times in a row and finally took of my headphones grinning from ear to ear. Somehow the Brothers Osborne have managed to be simultaneously traditional and modern, old-fashioned and cutting edge. They’re taking “country” on a journey into new areas. Don’t miss the ride.

「Restoration: Reimagining the Songs of Elton John and Bernie Taupin」の「Take Me to the Pilot」を聴いてBrothers Osborneを知りました。今年4月の53回ACM(The Academy of Country Music)Awardsの「Vocal Duo Of The Year」と「Video Of The Year」の2冠に輝いた彼らにとって2年ぶり2枚目のフルアルバムです。

It Ain't My Fault とどちらをとるか悩むのだが 人の声が好きな私には、3分から6分までの後半3分は苦痛に感じスキップボタンを押しちゃう。 それさえなければ、バランスの取れた良いアルバムだと思う。
