The difference is obvious... I have PMOS (PCOS) and am prediabetic, and am desperate to move out of the prediabetic range before it's too late. I wear a cgm to track how different foods affect my blood sugar. I try to eat low/healthy carbs, eat proteins and fats before carbs, walking after eating... And while that all does make a difference, when I added this bitter melon supplement it made an instant and noticeable improvement over all that. I posted a screenshot of my cgm weekly review and put a heart around the day I started taking the bitter melon when I ate a large meal (ie: lunch/dinner) and you can see how much more consistent my blood sugar was. And, I was unable to be as strict with my eating this week due to work, so those weekend days when my glucose was better also happened when I was eating more carbs than I normally do. This stuff is incredible... And more so because I don't have to actually eat bitter melon!

Showing broken ones..not 1/2 of them but still broken and wondering how this happened.
I've taken a picture of how many tablets were whole , and how many were broken up... Don't know for sure , yet if they make a difference , because i've only taken one or two and started noticing the broken ones , just giving a picture to show information on what I paid for.
