Brilliant bit of kit

This is great product with all the different angles it gives much more of a work out than your standard push ups would and it gives you the opportunity to work on other muscles that you wouldn't work on if it was regular push ups very lightweight and compact goes in my backpack and very stable once you put the grips on the bottom which is included in the box otherwise you might slide a bit on laminate flooring

Such a great work out tool, small and compact so can store easily and also really easy and quick to set up. Great value for money. Great quality and sturdy. Only thing missing would be a ‘click lock’ or something to keep it closed. It’s folds over to close but doesn’t have anything to stop it from opening. I’m currently just storing it in the box it came in to overcome this.

This has been a great addition to my workout regime. I was unhappy with my chest and working out with this has added strength back into my chest and back and is really easy to use. The cost was excellent and it is the perfect size to take with me when I travel

Plastic feels cheaply made but I’ve used it a few times and it hasn’t broken. Reasonable price for the quality though. Nice having so many positions I can put it in for the press-ups. The grips feel good. Overall average performance. Will see how long it lasts.

Well you can train your shoulders, triceps, back or chest muscles.You are given stickers which you can put on the back of the board to increase grip whilst excercising.You are given a 10 week training schedule.It stores easily.Its really well made.Highly recommend it!

Ich nutze das Liegestützbrett jetzt seit einigen Wochen und bin positiv überrascht, wie effektiv und durchdacht es ist. Die farblich markierten Positionen sind extrem hilfreich: Brust, Schultern, Trizeps und Rücken lassen sich gezielt trainieren, ohne dass man sich groß Gedanken über die richtige Handposition machen muss. Gerade für Anfänger ist das top, aber auch Fortgeschrittene kommen hier definitiv auf ihre Kosten. Die Verarbeitung ist stabil, nichts wackelt oder knarzt, auch bei höherem Körpergewicht. Die Griffe liegen gut in der Hand und rutschen nicht. Praktisch finde ich außerdem, dass sich das Brett zusammenklappen lässt – ideal für Zuhause oder zum Mitnehmen. Fazit: Sehr gutes Trainingsgerät für effektive Liegestütze, platzsparend und vielseitig. Klare Empfehlung für alle, die ihr Körpergewichtstraining aufwerten wollen.

Der heranwachsende Jugendliche hat sich dieses Liegestützbrett zum Weihnachtsfest gewünscht, damit er auch zu Hause trainieren kann. Nun wird es auch vom Papa genutzt. Wer gern andere Haltungen in einem definierten Rahmen für Liegestütz ausprobieren möchte für den ist es genau das richtige. Es hilft dabei die Arm- und Handhaltung immer in der korrekte Position zu halten. Vorher wurden zwei einzelne Griffe genutzt, die mal so und mal so angesetzt wurden. Jetzt ist es immer gleich, und das macht riesig Spaß und die Muskeln wachsen langsam.

Super für ein schnelles Workout. Vielfältig einsetzbar für unterschiedliche Muskelgruppen. Ein Stern Abzug da sich das Brett mit den antirutsch pads nicht mehr richtig schließen lässt. Evtl wäre eine info vorher sinnvoll gewesen, das man die auf beiden seiten versetzt kleben sollte.

The quality îs alright but doesn’t feel very “premium”. Also în the pictures it shows that a small transport bag îs included, which îs not. It’s a good product the end of the day.

Ein absoluter Game Changer für mein Training! Ich mache damit jeden Morgen meine 100 Liegestütze und spüre die Muskeln durch die verschiedenen Positionen zu 100 % mehr als bei normalen Liegestützen. Das Brett ist stabil und hilft extrem dabei, die Brust und Schultern gezielter zu trainieren. Sehr zu empfehlen!
