This picture frame is a super great and convenient way of sharing images with parents. Got this as a present for my parents so I could upload pictures for them. The android app is super simple to setup, and it is quick to add the pictures to. Within the app you can manage multiple frames so you can add specific pictures to a specific frame if you want. The frame operates on a cloud network, and I have been sending pictures to it for a few months now and haven't run into an issues with running out of space. I plan on getting more of these for different types of pictures.

I bought one of these frames for each of the grandparents and they were a huge hit at Christmas! I wanted a way to share photos and videos with the grandparents since we aren't able to see them as much in person as we would like. The grandparents love getting new photos and videos and they love being able to browse through all the photos and videos as they please. The initial setup was easy and straightforward. The included directions were clear and easy to follow and downloading and setting up the app was a breeze. It is so convenient to have multiple people able to send videos and photos to each of the frames since the app allows users to link to any photo frame through their own personal profile. This was one of the biggest hits this past holiday season and I am so glad I took advantage of the great cyber Monday deal!

Wonderful product and great quality. Very clear pictures and video display. However, it is fairly high-tech and has numerous features that you COULD use. The problem, though, is that, beyond e-mail, password and how to send pics to it, it came with no in-depth instructions about how to set it up. The tiny amount of instructions that were included can fit on a business card. It’s very frustrating and disappointing to try to figure out how to get it to show more than the same damn few pictures every day even though I put many, many pics on it. Also, video’s are impossible to see even though I also put many of those on it as well. You can see all your pics on one of t the two “main menu” (?) set up, but it’s frustrating to get them all to display throughout the day. Much less video’s. I hope I can find some help with this thing on YouTube! I was gonna buy a couple more as family gifts, but I don’t want to burden anyone with this overly technical contraption when there are no real how-to instructions to go with it.

Bought two, easy setup, touch screen. If you are gifting one to an un-tech savvy parent, open them both and set the up with the app. give gift to parent and change the wifi to their home. that easy!

Pros - Never thought I'd own one but figured it was the perfect way to scale down on storing boxes and boxes of photo albums that never get used. I also don't have to dust framed pictures around the house any more! Family and friends love seeing our revolving pictures. It gives them a quick glimpse of what's been going on in our lives without having to bombard them with tons of photos or videos that they really don't want to see anyway. It puts them in control of asking for details about a picture they're curious about. Sending pictures from my phone to the frame couldn't be easier! We love seeing the daily reminders of vacations, weddings, family, etc. It can give you a real boost or a good laugh when you need one most. Cons - Very little tech support. Don't expect an owner's manual or hard copy of instructions. You need to download the app and read the very minimal instructions there. The stand that the frame sits on is not the most stable and is difficult to attach. They fail to explain that detail. After the frame fell over multiple times I discovered a video online from a 'user' who shows you how to set it up. The most frustrating thing with this frame is they don't tell you how to delete a photo from the frame; instead they tell you how to delete the album. I don't want to delete the whole album and start over! Not sure what to do about that so I'd suggest be sure you really want to send a photo to the frame before hitting 'send'. Also there's no way to view a photo gallery on the app so I can see all my photos in one place like you can on your cell phone's camera roll. Sometimes I'd like to quickly check to see if I've sent a particular picture to the frame without waiting for all 500 pictures to cycle through. Perhaps there's a way to do this on the frame itself; haven't gotten that far yet. Lastly, the app shows a handful of photos sitting in a queue, asking me to select photos to send to the frame when they were already sent. Not sure why this only happened with a few photos or if deleting them from the queue will delete them from the frame. Overall, I love this frame and wish we'd bought one sooner.

This photo frame works great quality of the picture is awesome. With different functions. It can display one picture or 2 at a time with borders, frames and videos.

This is the first product review I have ever written. I am so broken heartedly disappointed with this frame and want to return it, but the window has closed. I would like someone from the company to contact me, please. My husband and I tried to make this work and were in touch with customer service twice. The app does not work as described and will not let us upload pictures from Facebook, which is part of why we bought it. The picture shuffle function does not work and despite having hundreds of pictures uploaded, we keep seeing the same ones. When uploading pictures (generally in sets of 15 or so) nearly half of the time, we would receive notification that there was an error and some of the pictures would fail to upload, but it would not say which ones. Furthermore, the frame has started to emit a high pitch squeal, which is VERY irritating. I also have many suggestions for improvement, such as I wish that the newer photos I uploaded would be at the top of the roll of pictures (scrolling down is a pain and time consuming) and it is annoying to have to click on each individual picture to upload (should be about to select multiple with the arrow keys). I selected this frame for my Mother’s Day gift and my daughter and husband ordered it “to surprise me”. The time between ordering and Mother’s Day ate up most of my return window, but I would never have expected to have this many problems buying such an expensive frame from such a reputable company like Brookstone. I had ordered another frame for my Mom which I am returning, and would like to be allowed to return this one as well. As a mom wearing a 10 year old, $8 shirt… I NEVER spend money on myself, but was so excited to have this meaningful and easy to use way to display precious memories. Please let me have my money back so I can wait and repurchase down the road when Brookstone has worked the kinks out. The product is not at all as described and Brookstone is aware (they know the app is not working as advertised and let us try their “beta website” but there are still other issues). Do the right thing, offer a refund, and stop selling this product until it works properly.

I was looking for a frame for my mother and was about setting it up. It is straight forward, and they have video you can watch within the app if you run into a problem. Recommend!
