Mrs. Frizzle's (Lily Tomlin) class needs a new mascot--fast! There's a soccer game on this afternoon, and they rack their brains for an appropriate name--something that's "exciting and different." When Phoebe suggests they call their team the "Butterflies," everybody thinks it's a silly idea. So Ms. Frizzle takes them to the swamp in search of the mysterious "Bog Beast." But things take a strange twist when Mrs. Frizzle's Port-a-shrinker reduces the kids to bug size. They learn to appreciate the many wonderful traits of butterflies, as they watch them trick, scare, and surprise predators up close. When the bus itself grows wings, the kids must camouflage it and fly like a real butterfly to escape detection. Another great buy!
I know I'm repeating myself but am so happy when I can find a Magic School Bus VHS tape for my 6 year old twin grandchildren. Can't play DVD's in their playroom at my house so shopping Amazon makes all 3 of us happy.

My 6 year old grandson is Magic School Bus crazy. He requested this one specifically, having seen ads for it on other tapes. He watches it over and over.

I got this for my 6 yr old daughter (5 at the time). She saw some at school and begged me to get her her own copy. I sat and watched it with her and I think they way they explain everything is great. Highly recommend it!

My 3.5 yo loves this show!
It's three episodes and my child loves it! My 3.5 yo loves this show! Hey, it's educational so I don't feel so bad for letting him watch TV!

A wonderful story
I am always on the lookout for Magic School Bus VHS tapes for my twin grandchildren who love them. The tape was in very good condition and they have enjoyed watching it several times.

ネイティブの先生に２～３歳の子供でも楽しめるビデオは？と聞いた所、カナダではもっとも人気があって勉強にもなるビデオだ！と教えていただいたのがこのビデオシリーズでした。植物の中に入っての探検！わくわくどきどきで子供達の反応も凄く良いです。小さい子供はそれなりに興味を引く映像で英語のわかる子は、文句なしに楽しめると思います！

大人にもいい勉強になります。
五歳の息子のために購入しました。ちょうど興味のある内容のつまったビデオだったので初めて買ってみたのですが、英語のあまりわからない私に、いろいろ教えてくれました。これから小学校に入っても教えてもらう内容なので、先に英語で頭に入るのでいいと思います。たぶん、学校で学ぶより内容は深いと思います。子供なので抵抗なく興味がもてるのがおもしろいです。

虹はどうやって作られるの？楽しく学べます。興味を引く映像なので子供達にも好評です。英語圏では凄くポピュラーなビデオだそうです。絵が可愛くないけど中身は我が家で大ヒットでした。

子供の大好きなケーキ屋さんで繰り広げられる、ケーキ作りの中での様々な面白い実験。勉強は、身近なところでもできるのだと再発見させられるビデオです。

子供が釘づけで見ています。蜂の巣の中にスクールバスで大冒険！英語を有る程度学んだ子供なら文句なしで楽しんで見れると思います。英語がわからなくても、おもしろいかな。
