I work in CyberSecurity which is not what my background is in. So I have had to learn the technical skills as I go, and this book has been tremendously valuable as positions are becoming more and more reliant on a baseline knowledge in SQL and Python. Those are a must for any professional in the future, and this book does a great job in equipping the reader with being able to build those muscles.

It's a great way to get started on programming. The author goes into detail and gives a thorough explanation. I appreciated the in-depth techniques, but I also made it a practical guide.

After reading this book, I really feel equipped with a lot of new skills. This book taught me some of the basics of Python, but later on it also goes into more in-depth programming. I would recommend this book to anyone that is engaged in Python and wants to learn more about the different types of programming paradigms and structures.

On my first reading, I thought this was a very thorough guide, it also provided a step-by-step process to understand what you're learning. was a bit complicated for me

You'll want this in your library if you plan to write software using Python or SQL (database control). Helps you with the languages as well as learning how to take advantage of particular types of hardware on the host machines. Well written with clear illustrations and code samples that programmers and potential programmers will find most useful especially when unfamiliar with these platforms. Highly recommended.

Not the greatest book in explaining anything. Would not recommend.

I found this book a great educational resource. I am taking a course on Python and this book helps me a lot to better understand the material and to do my tasks. I will keep rereading it because it is a lot of material to learn at once. Recommended for everyone interested in getting knowledge in the sphere of Python and SQL.

Dovevo acquisire i primi rudimenti di Python e volevo una guida passo-passo che mi spiegasse con esempi pratici. Inoltre avevo bisogno poi di esercizi che mi insegnassero a creare i primi progetti. Ho trovato tutto in questo libro, ben costruito con tantissimi esempi. Finalmente adesso riesco a scrivere i miei primi programmi. Inoltre ho iniziato anche con la parte SQL ed anche in questo caso sto apprendendo molte nozioni in modo facile e veloce. Ottimo acquisto. Vale assolutamente il prezzo pagato. Lo consiglio a chi come me ha sempre voluto imparare Python!

Good book and content is also useful. However I didn't like the formatting in the Kindle version. Author should focus on formatting more to make it more easy to read
