Shipped Incomplete and Damaged
The Isomalt Crystals were open and spilled all over the interior of the box and the Free Gift if Edible Film Disks was missing. There was no direct link provided to contact the supplier direct so I had to look them up and make a request outside of Amazon. So far no response whatsoever and I have noted in their customer forums that many people have had the same problem with this company. This could have been prevented with just a little bit of packing and a little bit of care in putting this expensive kit together. Product is very good but the execution stinks.
