Yes, they should be fine. I have Elac speakers on them which are 265 x 195 base. They do not screw on like the kanto speakers, just gravity. They are strong well made stands.

My iLoud mtm speakers have a microphone style thread in bottom for stand mounting - will these screw on?

If the tread is standard 1/4 inch yeah. Same as a camera tripod
