Review: Seems to be working well for my 2 dogs! - Using this on my pocket pit and also my hound mix. They are both roughly 42-45 lbs.. For my pit, he has VERY short hair, so it would be very easy to see if there were anything on him. The hound is a bit tougher because of his fur. That being said, we're in the 2nd application for both and I don't see any fleas, no scratching, and no ticks. They also don't have any irritation which is great as I always worry about that stuff. It's a little greasier than the other more expensive stuff, but seems to fade away within a day or two.
Review: Tick med - Worked really well. Didn't make my dog sick.

## Features

- EFFECTIVE DOG FLEA & TICK CONTROL — Apex Plus flea and tick prevention for dogs kills adult fleas and also targets flea eggs, larvae, and prevents the development of flea pupae, ensuring a thorough elimination of fleas at all life stages. With tailored formulations for dogs weighing 5-22 lbs (Small), 23-44 lbs (Medium), 45-88 lbs (Large), and 89-132 lbs (X-Large), Apex Plus dog flea medicine offers a customized solution for various sizes, providing precise and effective protection.
- CIRCUMSTANCES FOR TREATMENT — Medium dog flea treatment deals with addressing an existing infestation. When you're treating dog fleas or ticks, you're typically aiming to eliminate the parasites that are already present on the animal's body. Severe infestations may require veterinary input for effective treatment and subsequent preventative measures.
- CIRCUMSTANCES FOR PREVENTION — Medium dog tick prevention focuses on keeping the infestation from occurring in the first place. Preventive measures are aimed at stopping the parasites from ever becoming a problem. Dog flea and tick prevention is proactive and aims to keep the parasites away before they become an issue.
- INSECT GROWTH REGULATOR (IGR) ADVANTAGE — The inclusion of (S)-methoprene as an IGR sets Apex Plus dog flea treatment apart by preventing flea eggs from hatching and interrupting the insect's life cycle, enhancing the product's efficacy in controlling infestations. The combination of Fipronil and (S)-methoprene works synergistically to attack the nervous systems of fleas and ticks while inhibiting the maturation of flea eggs and larvae, effectively breaking the flea life cycle.
- TOPICAL APPLICATION THAT'S SAFE FOR YEAR-ROUND USE — Apex Plus topical flea treatment for dogs is easy to apply, making the treatment process convenient for pet owners. The product is dispersed over the pet's body by natural skin oils, ensuring even coverage. Designed for monthly application, Apex Plus flea medication for dogs provides a year-round repellent against fleas and ticks, maintaining the health and well-being of your pet.

### ⭐ Waste of money

I got this thinking it would be better than using CapStar. Boy was I wrong! This product just drives all the fleas up to my dogs neck and head area. This is a total waste of money!
