These are awesome! Total game changer for keto! ❤️❤️❤️
I love these! I eat them every few days. I don’t know what the other people were talking about when they said they have a smell because these have no smell. They’re so easy to use I just run them under hot water to heat them up. And use them however I would use any other kind of noodles. They take on any flavor you add to them. Some people have complained about the texture but I have no problem with that at all. I have bought 4 cases so far. The only thing I don’t like is how much they cost. Other than that I’m very impressed. I’ve recommended them to all my friends. Even when I stop keto I am still going to buy these because I don’t feel bloated, nor do I feel sleepy after I eat them. And how great is it that they only are 5 cal per serving as opposed to hundreds of calories for spaghetti. I can’t say enough good things about these. One last thing I thought of is, the packaging is really good. It is double wrapped. Did I say I love these? I love these! I will buy these again and again!

Amazing
Taste: 10/10. practically tasteless. The rest of the stir fry took over the flavor of the dish so it tastes like it would usually taste with rice or pasta. There is no aftertaste either. Cookability: 9/10 cooked as normal Noddles would in my stir fry. Would also be great in noodle soups Texture: 9/10 in comparison to Miracle Noodles. Spaghetti substitute or stir fry are the ways that I would eat this. Fullness: 10/10 I ate a small bowl of veggies, sausage and noodles and was satisfied. Overall: 10/10. This is a great product if you wanted to substitute the noodles for normal dishes that you would use spaghetti or thin noodles for. I would imagine it would go well with fish. A lot of diet products try to imitate full recipes but substitute out each part of the dish. All you would need to substitute here are the noodles and because it's only 30 calories a pack, you can significantly cut down on calories and carbs. Comparing that to a normal pasta dish I would make, I would eat 630 calories/120g carbs worth of pasta alone in one meal. Then adding in the sauce, meat, veggies, all that on top of the pasta. Compared to 30 calories/8 carbs. I may opt to add more sauce or meat, but the difference in the pasta more than makes up for the extra fillings. Thoroughly impressed!

An ok substitute, but yes the texture is a bit odd.
I've been looking for a gluten-free, soy-free noodle substitute and came across these. They don't have a strong flavor (maybe a hint of citrus?) and they don't fall apart or get too mushy. I really wanted something that could pass in Japanese cuisine and these did work well with yakisoba. My next attempt will be ramen. The only downside to these noodles is the slight rubbery texture. It was definitely noticeable at the first bite and I wasn't sure if I could get used to them. By the end of the bowl, I was noticing it less and less. I will give them a second try, but I kind of put these in the same category as zucchini noodles. They both get the job done, but they're still a little disappointing. Soup might be a better use for these in terms of softening the texture. I think they are worth a try to see if you can handle the little bit of rubberiness.

Should come with a warning label
I was really excited about trying these noodles because I had been looking for a grain-free noodle replacement - these had great reviews so I was totally game to try! Didn't experience the strange smell - we had prepared other types of Asian noodles before so we expected the slight slimy texture and lack of flavor, which worked perfectly for pad Thai. They soaked up the flavor really well and were actually pretty enjoyable to eat. What these reviews and the packaging DOESN'T tell you is that a lot of people cannot digest these AT ALL, and they can give you insane nausea and stomach cramps for days. Was finally able to throw them up and even DAYS later the noodles were still fully in tact! That's terrifying. Imagine what it does to your system. Never again. Threw out the rest of my packets. Should definitely come with a warning label.

Nice product all around
For my first try I used a package divided in 2 for 2 different dishes. One half was used as pasta with olive olive, lemon, and Parmesan; and the other half as an addition for a for a free-carbs wedding soup (I cooked the wedding soup and then I added the noodles at the end). The texture real good, specially if used right away. I kept the wedding soup for lunch for next day and the noodles were just a tiny bit chewy, not annoyingly so though. The way I treated the noodles before use is as follows: 1) I opened the package and rinsed the noodles with cold water 2) After that, I put the noodles in a pan (without anything) for 5-10min in low-mid heat to remove a bit of water. 3) And then I used them in both dishes. I did not recook them because they are already cooked, I just added them to the marinara and the soup and let them simmer for literally 5 minutes, just to absorb a bit of taste. I think all in all it's an amazing product for diabetics and dieters, or in general for everybody that loves noodles (like I do) and want to decrease carbs and increase fiber.

LOVIN' these noodles!!!
I had tried the Miracle noodles and just couldn't get past the smell, but my husband and I r-e-a-l-l-y wanted some pasta, so I thought I'd give these a try. We are both so impressed with this product! The texture is very slightly off, but the smell is gone and they're so easy to prepare, just rinse and drain, so heating in a skillet isn't necessary. I have a Hot & Cold Sesame salad that we loved prior to keto. I made the sauce for the dish and stirred the noodles into it a couple of hours ahead of dinner, just to let them absorb some of the flavors before I stirred in the broccoli slaw. Ab-so-lute-ly delicious!!! I'm here to order more and I already ordered the Fetuccine and rice, so that we can enjoy so many dishes we used to make frequently. Tomorrow night? Pork Stroganoff!!! YUM!!!!!!!

Fine quality product, rediculously unreasonable price
I just tried these noodles and I must say they are a great pasta substitute. The quality of the product is pretty good and the texture is very close to regular pasta. I would be giving this 5 stars, if it weren't for the price. The price of this product is unreasonably high in my opinion -- so much so, I knocked my rating down 2 stars. At $.42/oz (at the time of this writing) vs. about $.09/oz for regular pasta, I have to call this a blatant ripoff. I understand a markup for a good quality alternative to regular pasta, but 4 and a half times more? A bit much, in my opinion, and not exactly sustainable for most people. Honestly, I can afford to continue buying this product to replace the pasta in my diet, but as good as this product is, I simply don't think the price equals the value. I will not be buying this product again.

Great Low Carb, Sugar-Free, Gluten-Free Pasta
I purchased this for the second time and I love how easy it is to prepare. Just rinse in hot water, drain, and serve -- I smother mine in either homemade spaghetti sauce, or homemade chicken alfredo sauce. I wouldn't eat Konjac on a regular basis because it's very difficult to digest, and I've tried other brands -- they were awful (the Skinny Pasta brand Fettuccini actually made my guests and myself sick with stomach pain for two days because it's so hard to digest). It's true that Konjac noodles have a very different texture, but when you're using them as a spaghetti sauce conveyance, you get used to the difference quickly and it's acceptable. As for taste, Konjac noodles take on the flavor of whatever sauce they're served with. I will definitely purchase these again so I can keep true to my Keto diet without forgoing the deliciousness of homemade spaghetti!
