Moxi

Moxi is a latin rock band with a very diverse sound.The band can shift from very atmospheric and bluesy, to all out rock in an instant, while always retaining a clear sense of melody.The beautiful vocals (that have a very baritone feel, courtesy of catty), are accompanied by absolutely fantastic guitar-work. Josh Sonntag masterfully woes his guitar into making enchanting sounds, while never overplaying or overpowering his bandmates.This album is definitely a rare pearl, and comes highly recommended.

Moxi is an excellent band with a very good CD. From the beginning Caty's voice gets you hooked on the chorus of "Ratos Cortos" in which anyone can relate to the softer but meaningful "Camino Despacio." This CD has some of the catchiest rock tunes. Guitarist Josh does a great job in throwing in wonderful guitar riffs.
