I love these things! I swear I have ADHD and these help me focus very well. I put them on my wrist and they work within minutes. I do notice that if I wear them for too long (6+ hours), it will leave a red mark on my wrist in the shape of the patch. The red mark is gone by the next day. I don’t feel it irritating my skin. Unfortunately the box gets a little smooshed whenever I order it from Amazon. Maybe other packages in the truck are crushing this tiny box?

Can’t make it without them most days!
Whew! When I can’t focus for work, I clean my worst with alcohol, let it dry, and place one on. 20 minutes later I am locked in. I used one the other day because I needed to clean my house really good and my (imaginary) ADHD wasn’t having it. Needless to say the house got cleaned and my husband complained I threw his stuff away. I was too focused 😂.

Don’t waste your money!
Easy to use but really did not work AT ALL! One day I put 3 of the patches on each of the inside of my arms & that didn’t even help! Don’t waste your time or money on these … get yourself some adderall!
