IN.SI.DIA are a Thrash Metal band formed in 1987. In 1991, they entered the studio to record the first demo No Compromises. In 1993 the band entered the Psycho Milan studios to record their first album. In September 1993 the album Instinct and Rage for the Polydor label was released.In 1995 IN.SI.DIA recorded Look Inside You. In 2011 their past albums were reissued by Jolly Roger Records.
