Read comments how everyone says it doesn’t work- give it a chance it took a few minutes for it to get primed with the new wick - it def works as you can see with my photo. I too thought it didn’t work but then I felt the heat and realized it was lit but I couldn’t see a flame. You have to let it basically prime for it to show a flame after wick is lit for a couple of minutes hope this helps..

It burned just fine, but a little pricey. I ended up finding clean burning citronella that worked fine for my purpose.

The product claims to be compatible for table top fireplaces/lanterns. I followed the instructions to the T. At no time was there even a flicker of flame or any type of possible “ignite” to the fuel soaked tank. I tried matches, I tried lighters and even an electric starter, NONE of which created any type of contact with this fuel that could produce a flame. Per other reviews we attempted to pull up the cotton like material located within the table top unit. This material is what soaks-in the fuel. Even after pulling it up to create a “wick” of sorts, it still did not light. This was a complete waste of money and an hour worth of time fiddling around trying to light it. There is a reason why it is difficult to find any less expensive alternatives to use in these tabletop units. The only one that seems to work is RAF, and while it is expensive, it lights within seconds and maintains the heat and flame for hours. This product sadly does not work at all.

I received my bottle without a cap on it. It just has the paper seal on top and came inside a box. This could have been a big hazard if it would have leaked during transportation!

High quality fuel. It’s worth the money. Cheaper brands are too flammable. I’ll be purchasing this brand for stock

It doesn’t light after the first couple of times. It doesn’t last long.

bought these for our disaster kit so hope to not use for a long long time but we did test cook on the cans and since would be the same stuff then works perfect and this size is perfect for a go bag and not have to carry multiple cans of sterno

I enjoyed using this product the flame had no fumes odor it burn clean

I was so close to returning this until I tried pouring a tiny bit of the fuel into the base without the sponge piece, then I placed the sponge on top and lit the sponge and it worked!! Took a bit for the flame to get bigger but it got fairly big. Don’t use too much of the fuel at a time or it won’t light. It ended up working great for me. :)

This product does not light. It is a waste of money and it is not as advertised. Not sure where the 5 rating is coming from as AMAZON should remove it from their site.

Burns clean in my little burner , expensive as about 5 hours and will be gone Burner burns one hour each time Cheaper fuel leaves soot so its a tradeoff
