It arrived damaged. Some of the plastic parts, both the kettle and the base, and I found them the box. The electronic components, in both the kettle and base, are visible. I didn't send it back because it is too much of a headache. The box had very little cardboard packing. Other than that, it works fine. No complaints, but who knows if it is going to last. Udate: I want to thank Simon and Jacky for the help. I got a new kettle within a week. I didn't have to send it back or even get a photograph to send them. So if you are not satisfied with Quinn Life products,they will do you right.

The gray Hazel Quinn Gooseneck Electric Kettle (0.8L) works as advertised. I have been using it for 4 months, and it is great. It's my first gooseneck kettle, so can't compare to others, but I believe it has a good flow of water which you could control for less water if you tilt it, like someone else said. The keep warm button its very useful.

Works well, heats up the water fairly quickly to the boiling point (or to the choosen temperature) and keeps it there. Does what it supposed to do very well.

I love this. Temperature control. Timer keeps water hot for up to 2 hours. and the controls are easy to use. Display is bright and visible. Outside of kettle is HOT, same with the edges of the lid, so you need to be careful. I've been using this for over 5 months now and I have not had any major issues., aside from a little bit of tarnishing around the edge of the lid and the top of the kettle, where the lid sits. The tarnishing doesn't wash off with a sponge and I do not want to use anything abrasive on that, as I may make the issue worse

Heats up water faster than a stove top burner, plus you don’t have to worry about walking away and having a boil out or worse if you get distracted.

Purchased from amazon but dropped shipped from distributor. Arrived in open box, exterior had many superficial scratches, dirt inside kettle. Presumably B stock being sold as new but I was willing to accept in this condition. Construction is a bit flimsy but adequate. All steel inside, no plastic. Heats up quickly. While it allows you to set any target temperature you'd like, the water coming out of the kettle was always higher than the setting by anywhere from 7 to 28 degrees F. No way to calibrate and not predictable so as to allow compensation. I attempted to contact Hazel Quinn but their customer support number instantly disconnects. Okay to heat water to boiling but nothing else.

This is one of the worst electric kettles on the market - it cannot hold the set temperature and always ends up boiling water. Always exceeds the set temperature. That is the main function of a kettle so I don't what else is there to comment. Sure it looks pretty but is useless garbage.

This works really well! It is amazingly fast. My only gripe are the primary colors used for the buttons. I would love for it to have a setting to automatically shut off but it doesn’t. It beeps to let you know it has reached it set temp and then goes into warming mode. But if you do that with no water left in it and forget to turn it off…it could be hazardous. Other than that, I’m very pleased with the purchase.
