I had some of these from another site and they were nice. These are better. These get REALLY warm! I'm not sure how they work, but they make my knees feel better!

They work both on the hips and shoulders. And before my knee replacement surgery they worked there, also. They are strong but easier than most to remove if a burning sensation starts. Bottom line, I'm glad I found them.

Works well for reducing my pain. I do have to remove after a few (5) hours or it starts to burn.

These work miracles! Very effective for joint aches and pains. You'll want to let them come off on their own, or at least wait till they are obviously loose. Otherwise you run the risk of irritating your skin as you remove them. Mine are pretty loose by the following day.

I was expecting more! I had used the Wellness knee patches that work immediately but expensive. Like $21.00 for 10! Who can afford that along with Trumps tariffs coming. Still Needed relief of pain, I bought these. They don’t work and they feel like nothing is on my knee. But I applied heat and they feel better. But I shouldn’t have had to apply anything.

They sticks well as long as put them on dry skin. Make sure they are placed secure in the area you’re placing them. Only problem is they will roll up if sticky part get stuck on clothes. Relieves pain quick!!!

I experienced minimal effect, if any, from these knee patches. I wore one for most of the day and felt almost no relief. There was no noticeable soothing sensation and no meaningful reduction in discomfort. I have used other pain patches and topical gels that work far better than this. Another frustration is that the product is marked as non-returnable because it is classified as an ingestible food item. It is neither food nor ingestible. If returns were allowed, I would return it. I would strongly recommend looking at other products instead.

These are a great product. Wasn't sure if they would really work but they definitely did the job for me. Also used them on my neck as well and they worked brilliantly.
