The value you can’t beat. It’s so easy to use and comfortable to boot. It’s not to big but not to small. Plus if it’s locked it the quality of the holster rig hold it securely even if someone I’d trying to disarm you. But with the simple flip it’s fast and easy to use, you can quickly disperse the OC spray. Simple use!

Holds in good and quick to get out

I buy one of these about every year. I use it as a belt holster for my flashlight as there are no flashlight belt holders that fit my fat flashlight. Admittedly I am quite hard on it and probably use it more than someone who uses it to hold a mace canister that hopefully will never need to be used.

This product really works well, in fact because I purchased other Law enforcement colleges of mine have also purchased this. It is well worth every penny spent, it has held up perfectly and works as intended.

I've been using it almost every day for over a year and still working great! 10/10 would recommend! Makes deploying OC very quick and effective. taller/bigger cans will fit but the locking mechanism wont fully engage, so be cautious of retention.

At first glance, this open MK4 holster checks all the boxes. Sleek design, duty-ready profile, and it gives your OC spray a snug, reassuring fit… or so it seems. Here’s the issue: after standing up from a seated position, I noticed the canister had popped loose. The holster itself stayed on my duty belt just fine, but the spray? Gone. That’s the kind of surprise no one needs while on post or in a training environment. Now, maybe I missed something in the way I holstered it. Maybe there's a trick to locking it in better, but I don’t recall “constantly checking my gear every 5 minutes” being part of the SOP. And once a piece of kit loses your trust, it’s hard to win that back. It’s a shame because this holster looks professional and feels solid. But for a piece of duty gear that’s supposed to retain critical less-lethal equipment, “looks cool” doesn’t cut it. Bottom line: It’s got potential, but unless there's a retention upgrade or locking feature I’m missing, this one’s staying in the locker. Peace of mind matters more than aesthetics.
