Winsor Pilates: Ab Sculpting

This DVD is still, without fail, my ultimate go-to ab workout. I initially purchased it when Mari Winsor was marketing her program on television and have since repurchased this dvd multiple times for myself to replace worn out discs and for friends. Not only is a highly effective, dependable core strengthener, it is also an excellent stretching regimen... the only one to date that allowed my extremely fit, inflexible husband to finally touch his toes. I highly recommend this product.

I bought the VHS set back in 2004 and loved it so much I broke down and got the DVD. I’m on the heavier side (16 size) and I truly start seeing results in 5 days. The back of my legs and tush start smoothing out.

My mom bought this DVD many years ago and I ended up using it (she didn't LOL). Oh my gosh, this workout is AMAZING. It took me months to work my core to do the V form full on, but it really works and engages your core to eventually get there. I gained some and lost this DVD. Now, I'm back and want this DVD again. Love that I found it here on Amazon. =)

Wow.....another exercise dvd NOT!!...if you are serious about getting in shape without lifting 5000 lbs. This dvd is a must have....use for 7 straight days than do 3 days a week....you will be sooo surprised less than 23 mninutes each day in a 2 months i lost 60lb.and love the way i look and got it used for 5 dollars at amazon.I dare you to trythis workout.......Ron Ohio

I just started this and I've only done it twice but I already LOVE it! I used to use Tony Horton's p90x ab ripper x but that was way too fast and too hard I kept having to pause and unpause and he annoyed me, it just wasn't something I was able to commit to. But this Pilates from Mari Winsor is slow and she's calm so even though your abs hurt like hell through the workout you're still calm all through out and she reminds you constantly to breathe because I find myself forgetting. All in all , I'm looking for more of her videos I HIGHLY recommend this for anyone, I've never done any type of Pilates before and I'm LOVING this

This has been one of my favorite ab workouts since I can remember! My old DVD got all scratched up, so I had to get a new one. I just had a baby and need to start firming up my core again, this is definitely my go-to ab workout!

I was really impressed with how Mari's thighs and glutes workout reshaped my butt, so I thought I would add this to my dvd collection. Well hello, abs! I'm in decent shape - I am in the military and did 96 sit ups in two minutes (only one guy beat me, I'm the only female in my unit). I didn't think this would be much of a challenge but I was sore for a few days after the workout.

This is an advanced and challenging ab workout. I've been working out for years and consider my abs relatively strong and this definitely gave me a good workout. My boyfriend did it too, and also found himself straining and sweating. The last 2-3 excercises are especially challenging and if these dont tone your abs, i dont know what will.Whenever im at the gym, i always find that i dont push myself hard enough with my ab routine because of laziness, boredom, etc. I woudl highly recommend a regimen like this for that extra push. I dont know the long term effects since i've only done this workout twice, but I would bet if i stuck to it i would start seeing a major difference in my core.
