Ordered the (2) Pack of this Rust-Oleum Gloss Sand Color - 12oz Cans - Spray Paint - Rust Resistant - for the front Grill & Wheels on my Ditch Witch 2300 Trenching Machine. Have been restoring my old 2300 trencher machine and painting it. I searched far and wide for a good paint and a paint that either matched or come very close to the OEM color of my machine. Most of the local stores didn't have the color I wanted/needed, so I started shopping online for the right color, and finally saw this Rust-Oleum gloss spray paint in the 12oz cans. After matching my colors up with it and reading/seeing it comes with a nice variety spray dial, I placed my order for the (2) pack. This was almost a perfect match to my old OEM color. I really like the new upgraded spray dial as it has the vertical spray pattern just like a professional spray gun. It goes/sprays very evenly and lays down so smooth. It sticks very well to the steel grill and wheels on my machine. Love the nice glossy shine that it leaves when it dries. These cans were easy to use. Sort of made me feel like a "professional" when finished. It has good solid pigment in the paint material and covers good, and finishes up to a nice shinny finish. I painted the grill and wheels outside and beside my shop as it does have a loud smell just when spraying, but in (5) minutes, it's all gone and no smell after it dries that I've noticed. I will be using more of this paint in the future as it works great and I'm just crazy over the new spray dial as it gives one multiple choices of spray patterns. Happy with order

We have a couple light fixtures on either side of the garage, on the side of the house and in the rear of the house by the deck, all matching in all about 20 years old and showing their age with oxidation from exposure to the weather. I lightly sanded them with some scotch bright and wiped them clean with alcohol to decrease and then sprayed them with this just one coat and they looked brand new! It’s a very inexpensive way of getting more use out of aging metal fixtures, which is good for your wallet/pocketbook as well as the environment, instead of throwing away the fixtures to a landfill somewhere.

Rust-Oleum 376904-6PK Stops Rust Custom Spray 5-in-1 Spray Paint, 12 oz, Gloss Navy Blue This is the new 5 in 1 spray nozzle system for Rustoleum. you have 3 normal spray patters of different intensities, one horizontal spray pattern and one vertical spray pattern. easy to use but be careful if tilting the can on a horizontal surface, the can may spatter if the can is not full. The new spray pattern is very good, you can change the spray pattern any time you need a different result. The spray pattern makes it pretty darn easy to paint and if you are reasonably careful, you wont see any runs, but it is normal Rustoleum paint so runs are a possibility. One thought however you cannot turn the can upside down to clear the nozzel. It seems to do that itself but I take an extra step. after you complete the paint work you have, you need to remove the spray cap. -- this is not easy as Rustoleum has a special cap that is hard to get off the can. You actually have to PRY the cap off. After removing the cap, take a can of WD40, put the nozzel on the cap where the can connects the paint feed and shoot a shot of WD40 through the nozzles you used. you can put a drop on the can tube also if you like but I have not done that. have not lost a working can or nozzle cap yet. before putting back on the can, CUT a slit on the left side and right side of the inner ring through the locking plastic ring. you will see it. this makes it PULL OFF simple for cleaning next time. I used the spray can twice and turned it upside down to clear any paint in the nozzle after use. When I used it again a few days later, I selected the nozzle for restricted flow, this time the paint didn’t spray out but dripped out all over my hand and unfortunately all over what I was about to paint. The multi select nozzle does not work as advertised.
