This necklace was much nicer and longer than I expected which was great, as it actually reaches your mouth as others donth due to shorter chains. Good solid chain also, would recommend it to anyone who wants to give these products a try, it's helping me a little to cut down on my cigarette use as I'm using this while watching TV just to keep my hands occupied.

Bought as a gift for a friend who was suffering with panic attacks. She says they help so much with it being so portable, she always has one with her and it helps to encourage a calming breath until the panic subsides.

i got these and both my son and i have anxiety issues. i find this does help to calm me down. It just makes you take a moment out of the situation and slow down, which does calm me. i do find this a help and worth it

Not quite sure why I bought this no instructions so don't know if there is a way you breath with it, not found it to be much use for me so gave it away.
