Unfortunately, this is not the case with this recent purchase. After only using it twice, one of the locks came out unexpectedly while I was using it. Thankfully, my camera and gimbal were safe, but it was a terrifying experience. I'm extremely disappointed with this product, especially considering my long-term loyalty to the SmallRig brand. ## Features - Must Work with Sling Handle: It can be easily attached to the gimbal sling handles which features a 1/4-20" locating hole on the top or side, such as SmallRig 3028D and 3950. It's also suitable for DJI and for Tilta sling handles, such as TGA-LRH, TGA-RS3M-ROH, TGA-ARH2, and TGA-BRH, ensuring versatility and convenience. - Gimbal Compatibility: Our shoulder strap is perfectly compatible with the gimbals for RS4 / RS4 Pro / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro / RS 2. By effectively relieving more than 80% of the stress on your arms, it allows you to shoot for extended periods without feeling fatigued. - Release Burden: With our shoulder strap, you can shoot for extended periods with enhanced comfort. When shooting, simply pick up the gimbal; during static shots, it effectively alleviates stress on your arms. When not shooting, you can sling it against your front or side like a shoulder bag, significantly reducing the burden on your arms. - Upgraded Quick Release QD Buckles: Attach the baseplate to the bottom of the gimbal and connect the QD adapter to the 1/4"-20 threaded hole on your sling handle. Both ends of the shoulder strap feature upgraded quick-release QD buckles capable of supporting weights up to 30kg / 66 lbs and stay strudy. Simply click them into the QD socket for easy attachment. - Adjustable Shoulder Belt: The slide buckles on the belt allow for easy adjustment of the strap length. Additionally, the baseplate includes 1/4-20" and 3/8-16" threaded holes, enabling further expansions and customization. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B0CFXKKK5F | | Audio Recording | No | | Best Sellers Rank | #28,419 in Electronics ( See Top 100 in Electronics ) #49 in Camcorder Handheld Stabilizers | | Brand | SmallRig | | Built-In Media | Base plate x 1, Hex Key x 1, QD Flange Bracket x 1, Shoulder strap x 1 | | Color | Black | | Colour | Black | | Compatible Devices | Camera | | Compatible devices | Camera | | Customer Reviews | 4.4 out of 5 stars 367 Reviews | | Exposure Control Type | Automatic | | Folded Size | 210mm x 82mm x 47mm | | Folded size | 210mm x 82mm x 47mm | | Item Dimensions D x W x H | 16D x 16W x 920H millimeters | | Item Weight | 280 Grams | | Item weight | 280 Grams | | Manufacturer | SMALLRIG | | Manufacturer Part Number | 4118 | | Maximum Weight Recommendation | 30 Kilograms | | Media Type | EnhancedContent | | Model Name | 4118-SR | | Model Number | 4118-SR | | Model Series | DJI RS Series | | Number of Items | 1 | | Number of Packs | 1 | | Product dimensions | 16D x 16W x 920H millimeters | | Screen Size | 1500 Millimeters | | Shooting Modes | Handheld, shoulder mounted, tripod mounted | | Unit Count | 1 Count | | Viewfinder Type | LCD screen | | Warranty Description | Manufacturer Warranty | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | ## Product Details - **Brand:** SmallRig - **Colour:** Black - **Compatible devices:** Camera - **Folded size:** 210mm x 82mm x 47mm - **Item weight:** 280 Grams ## Images ![SmallRig 4118 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/61m0jaJwDiL.jpg) ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good Quality Product *by E***. on 13 December 2024* At first there are some components missing when I received the product but the customer support was very helpful and arranged a replacement ### ⭐ "Lock Came Out After Only Two Uses - Very Disappointed" *by J***Z on 28 July 2024* I've been a SmallRig user for over 6 years and have always been satisfied with their products. ## Frequently Bought Together - SmallRig RS3 RS2 Weight-Reducing Shoulder Strap Compatible with Sling Handle for DJI, Gimbal Belt with QD Quick Release Buckles for DJI RS4 / RS4 Pro/RS 3 / RS 3 Pro/RS 2 - SmallRig Adjustable Sling Handgrip Gimbal Sling Handle for DJI RS 4, RS 4 Pro, RS 3 Mini, RS 3, RS 3 Pro, RS 2, RSC 2 Stabilizer, 13.2lb Load, Ergonomic Grip for Low Angle Shots - SMALLRIG Adjustable Camera Monitor Mount with Quick Release NATO Clamp, Cold Shoe Mount, Anti-Twist Design for DJI RS 4 / RS 4 Pro/RS 2 / RSC 2 / RS 3 / RS 3 Pro/RS 3 Mini --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://grenada.desertcart.com/products/568952966-smallrig-4118](https://grenada.desertcart.com/products/568952966-smallrig-4118) --- *Product available on Desertcart Grenada* *Store origin: GD* *Last updated: 2026-10-20*
