Is it fully waterproof/weatherproof? I need to keep it next to my chicken coop and we get battered by rainstorms in the winter!

Ours has been kept outside for some time now and seems to be weatherproof.

I probably need both of these and can you tell me can you lock them with a padlock?

We bought a medium one and I am about 5ft 4in and it is just slightly above waist high. Slightly awkward to reach the bottom inside if you have loose feed in but not impossible.
