Winter Dance: A Winter and Holiday Book for Kids – A Lyrical Tale About a Fox and His Animal Friends Celebrating Snow for Kids (Ages 4-7)

The pictures in this book are adorable and the story is great. I love that it is a great story and pretty accurate of winter survival skills of animals.

Beautiful book. The language is poetic and lovely, and the repetition of the fox talking to each animal is great for kids' early reading skills (pre-reading with anticipating words or figuring out what animal he's talking to). One of our favorites.

I loved all of the biologically accurate stories of animals up until the last page and then my wife and I were like “WTF, what a weird ending . . . !” but then I looked it up and apparently they do dance. Adorable.

Such a great way to introduce (or solidify) what some animals do and where they go for the winter season. The illustrations are lovely and my kiddos love it!

I love buying books for my nieces, nephew and future child! This is one of my new favorites and a perfect story for winter.

Both my toddler and I enjoy reading this book. Would recommend.

This is such a sweet story, nice and long for a board book with excellent illustrations. My 3 month old loves looking at the pictures but the story will grow with her!

This book was so beautifully written and illustrated, that when I read it to my preschool 4 class, you could hear a pin drop. They really enjoyed it and so did I!

The book itself is great but arrived damaged. Meant to be a gift but we can't gift it now, and it's more hassle than it's worth to ship it back to seller. This is not a reflection of the book itself.

J'ai dû garder une âme d'enfant... J'achète de temps en temps pour moi des livres jeunesse illustrés. Celui-ci est très frais et joliment illustré. Les animaux sont craquants, avec un vrai regard expressif, et le texte est plein de finesse. C'est un livre qui parle de vivre ensemble et d'amitié. Et puis j'aime les renards.De plus, les éditions anglo-saxonnes sont généralement très soignées et c'est le cas ici.S'il avait existé une traduction française, je l'aurais de suite offerte à mon petit neveu !
