functioning as described .. i didn't like the rattling but so far so good .. i've used it to downscale pc signal to 1080p projector and to force 7.1 dolby atmos and dts x to samsung soundbar

It's still working after almost 2 months of being constantly on. It runs a tad warm but not hot. I have this plugged into my 1080p Roku and then into my dinky little HDMI DVR setup. It's not pushed very hard, but I haven't had one recording "problem" yet. The other side goes into a KVM and into my computer monitor. I don't have any 4k sources to test this with, so I can't comment at that res. The price is a bit high compared to others, but I haven't had to fight with it once. Some people have mentioned premature failures (these are made in china), so it's best to plug it in and let it run constantly for the first month to see if it will fail. If it survives, you're likely good to go for a much longer period.

Iโve been having problems for years with my HDCP on my PlayStation causing for my screen to flicker constantly and going to a black screen for a long period of time. I eventually had to turn off the HDCP in the settings to get it back to normal but then I was completely unable to watch any streaming services or listen to music on the PlayStation because of this. This device completely fixed that issue. Silky smooth gameplay still and all of the flickering issues are gone. 10/10.

worth the money, don't need to be close to an outlet, multi function, no brain set up, no bigger than a regular charger, fast charger

Dead on arrival. Does not work on Xfinity XG1v4 and also other devices I discovered. . The audio gets dropouts and no picture no matter if you copy EDID or what setting or update button on the device it just does not work. Do not waste your time with this box. I found one that works.
