Great product works fine but 3 IMPORTANT things you have to keep in mind *The switch is bigger than what you are assuming it to be. 8.5cm length, 5cm width and 3.5cm thick *If you don't have a power socket then the plug won't go in *Plus be careful this device working on 2.4ghz bandwidth so if your wifi router is set to 4.5ghz(5G) or set as auto (switches between 4.5 and 2.4) then you will have trouble connecting to the smart plug. So for properly using the smart switch first change the wifi router to 2.4ghz in the settings of the router, unless it won't even pair up. It's not the defect of the product. It's just that Almost all home wifi product works on 2.4ghz for stability reasons
