This is safe and kills so many things. You can prepare it in a spray bottle for an active outbreak or just a cleaner. I learned about this after adopting a cat that developed Ringworm within 9 days of having him. It didn't even discolor my fabric on my chairs. I found little to no smell. Buying the gallon is the best value. You can even use it in the washer.

My vet recommended Rescue Concentrate when I asked what they use to disinfect exam rooms. Been using it ever since. Bleach water (8–10%) works too and costs less, but it’s rough on some surfaces, smells bad, and takes longer to dry. Rescue smells kind of like hydrogen peroxide, but it evaporates quickly — faster than water, though not as fast as isopropyl. I spray it everywhere: floors, cabinets, doors, rugs, even my leather couch. Tested it first on old rugs, and it didn’t stain or fade anything. I’ve got chickens and sometimes board dogs. Works great around the coop and patio (when they’re out), and it actually helps with odors. It’s not Febreze, but outdoors it kills that dog and chicken smell way better than expected. It’s my go‑to cleaner for daily use. If an animal gets sick or a new dog visits, I break out Virkon S — more heavy‑duty, but also harsher. For everything else, Rescue Concentrate is safe, simple, and solid for everyday cleaning.

Great pet disinfectant. I foster kittens and sometimes they come with diseases. This is great for wiping down everything and the gallon will last me pretty much forever. No strong scent, drys quickly.

So glad I bought this......so much better than the stuff I was using. No more burning up my lungs or worries about paw contact etc. Buy it people... plus the kennel or whatever will smell like a clean hospital lol

I have 4 very active dogs that love to spend time outdoors. The garage is their “room” that they sleep in at night so the actual house doesn’t get too dirty. Over time with dirt and odors collecting there aren’t many cleaners that actually get rid of the smell, they just mask it. I’ve tried several. This cleaner is SUPER concentrated and actually gets rid of the smell! I was skeptical at first since none others have gotten the job done but i will absolutely be stocking up! It does an amazing job! I use it on the walls, the floors, their kennels, and we pour a mixture onto their blankets and hose them down when needed and let them air dry! (I don’t like using a washing machine for their bedding since their hair and dirt will collect in it) It’s super easy to use. The directions are on the bottle. You just mix the ratio you need and boom: super effective cleaner and deodorizer. Use a little extra for the tough to clean spots! You’re really getting a good bang for your buck. the bottle itself is pricy, yes, but it will last you a good while. I keep a large bucket pre mixed for a scrub brush, and a bottle for spray etc. it’s perfect!

I bought the ready to use bottle of rescue when I found out our kitten had ringworm. There aren’t many cleaning products that will kill fungus (most are targeted towards bacteria and viruses). Cleaning and disinfecting has been a nightmare but this product has given me peace of mind. I love that it works to get rid of the fungus that causes ringworm in cats and people and I love that it’s safe to use around everyone! I’ve been using bleach a lot and it was really strong after a few days so this is so much better and so worth the price! I even emailed the company directly to see if it has to be diluted with distilled water or if tap was ok and they said either is fine! So easy to use and a gallon concentrate will last such a long time!

We have multiple pets ,works great for us. I put it in a garden spray bottle. Makes clean kennel a breeze. 1 bottle last a 2 to 3 months where as other stuff lasted 1. I told my vet this is what we used and his response was (that is what we use here)

I use this in my home, having used it at work for years. I use the 1:64 or 1:32 dilution, and it works as good as bleach with no toxicity and noxious smell.
