This product has to be returned, and they have not picked it up. Please do something about it and refund my money because the product is not as same as what was described and seems to be some local quality.

Proper manual required.
No proper manual was provided, not able to add numbers with name, continuously searching for network , in starting it was done but in some setting what happened we don't know, it is ringing but not reciving calls in hand set. India we generally write first date and then month, date and time fomate is not editable, time is in 24 hr format.

Good product
It's a good product but it has a slight problem that when u dail a number u have to put a 0 in front of the number. I think it has to mention in the user manual other wise how did we know about it. Beside that it's a great phone in budget
