Inserts are necessary to help with PF
Reviews for: - Samarai Insoles: FIVE STARS - WalkHero Insoles: FIVE STARS - ValSole Insoles: FIVE STARS - SB Sox PF Relief Socks: FIVE STARS - Koprez PF Sleeve: FOUR STARS - Vibit (purchased directly instead of thru Amazon): THREE STARS - Tisscare foot massager with heat (purchased earlier somewhere else): FIVE STARS My experience with Plantar Fasciitis (PF): I’m 64, female, retired for one year, and lead an active lifestyle. My normal routine includes a 4-5 mile walk every morning, pickleball 5x per week, and golf when I can. PF symptoms showed up suddenly about two months ago – suddenly it hurt too much to walk very far and pickleball was excruciating. It affected both feet, but the pain in my right foot was significantly worse. In spite of all the products that promise fast relief, I learned that managing PF is a multi-step process. Here's what worked for me – in order of implementation: - I threw away five pairs of worn-out running shoes and started wearing my newest pair all the time. - I quit going barefoot and now wear shoes all the time, even inside the house. - I quite wearing dress shoes or sandals (easy for me since I’m retired). - I started stretching my heels/calves multiple times per day, with and without a step. - I rolled my foot over a frozen water bottle or a small hard plastic ball with spikes on it. The plastic ball seems to work better, and soon I was using it several times per day. - I bought three different pairs of PF insoles so I could use them all the time. I couldn’t really tell any difference between the three brands I tried, but I think the ones with deep heel cups (WalkHero and ValSole) are better, and those are the two I use most of the time. - I bought SB Sox and now wear them on both feet during all waking hours. - I tried the Koprez Sleeve, but found that it was uncomfortable to wear all the time. I tried wearing it on a walk, but it actually became more painful after about ¼ mile. I tried wearing it for pickleball, and it was wonderful. The Koprez Sleeve allows me to keep playing pickleball. - I tried foam rolling my calves. I think it helped, but it was really hard on my arms. So I quit. - I bought the Vibit, hoping that I could use it on my calves as well as my feet. It vibrated as advertised, but it was actually harder to use than a foam roller and it didn’t seem more effective. It felt good on my feet but I couldn’t tell if it helped or not. Following the directions requires 15 minutes per foot dedicated to using the massager (no multi-tasking is possible). I still use it occasionally if I want a few extra minutes without sitting down with the Tisscare, but I don’t think this purchase helped with the PF. I have also used the Vibit for other things (IT band, back, arms), and it offers a nice massage. - I started using a Tisscare foot massager with heat that we already owned. It seemed to help a lot, and it was easy to use as I could just sit there and let the massager do the work on both feet at the same time while I read or used my phone. I’m still using it 2-3x per day for 20 minutes. Very much worth the money and I will buy it again if it quits working. Results: - It took about four weeks to research, purchase, and start using all the products listed above. During that first four weeks, I quit my morning walks and cut back on pickleball (I could not play two days in a row). Pain was intense, especially after pickleball or at the end of the day. - Within a couple weeks, the morning pain was better, mostly because I stretched and rolled 2-3 times during the night (I wake up anyway). - After putting everything into place (about four weeks), the morning pain was pretty much gone and I started walking two miles in the morning. I still had pain if I played pickleball – and the pain continued for the rest of the day. - After six weeks, I was able to increase the morning walks to my normal 4-5 miles most days and experienced only minimal pain with pickleball. - It’s been about eight weeks, and I’m still continuing to work on it. Pain is minimal and I’m able to walk 5+ miles and play pickleball!

ood Everyday Support for Flat Feet at a Reasonable Price
For someone with large flat feet and plantar fibromas, these Plantar Fasciitis Relief insoles have worked pretty well for daily use. They’ve made a noticeable difference in comfort when walking or standing for long periods. Versatility: These insoles fit well in most of my shoes, including sneakers and work shoes. They’re easy to move between different pairs, which makes them convenient for everyday use without needing a separate set for each shoe. Flatness: They provide solid arch support that helps reduce strain from flat feet. While they don’t completely “fix” the issue, they definitely help improve overall comfort and reduce foot fatigue during the day. Replacement: Because of the reasonable price, it’s easy to buy multiple pairs and keep them in different shoes. That makes replacements simple when needed without feeling like you’re overspending. Utility: They are practical for everyday wear. Whether I’m walking, working, or just on my feet for extended periods, they provide consistent support that makes a noticeable difference. Thickness: They have a moderate thickness that fits nicely in most shoes without making them feel too tight. I haven’t had issues with them crowding my footwear or needing major adjustments. Shock Absorption: They do a decent job absorbing impact when walking on hard surfaces. It helps reduce pressure on the heel and arch, especially during longer days on my feet. Overall, these are a solid, budget-friendly option for anyone dealing with flat feet or plantar-related discomfort. They’re not overly fancy, but they get the job done and make everyday movement more comfortable.

Work like they should. I'm happy.
This type of insole essentially cured my very painful plantar fasciitis problem a number of years ago. For me they have been just as good as the 10x more expensive ones from the podiatrist. I buy a new set whenever the old ones wear out or I get new shoes. These particular ones are pretty standard PF insoles. There are a lot of other's just like these, but these were a better price when I got them. Good arch support (and I have very high arches), and enough cushion to keep my feet happy when I'm on them all day. They do not squeak when I walk like some other brands do. They are a snug fit in my 10-1/2 Merrells. Might need trimming to get them in a size 10. Yes, I'd definitely get them again.

Reliable arch support that eases daily foot fatigue
I bought them because I spend a lot of time on my feet and I have flat feet with a bit of pronation. The arch support looked like it could help align my stance and ease the lingering heel pain I get after long days. I’ve worn them in work boots, running shoes, and casual sneakers, and the fit felt comfortable enough to keep wearing. The deep heel cup seemed to keep the heel steadier when I land after a step, which made a noticeable difference over a full shift. Day to day they work well. The EVA cushioning reduces impact and keeps my feet from feeling worn out after a long day of walking. The fabric breathes nicely and helps feet stay cooler on warmer days. They provide moderate support without feeling rigid, which makes them easy to wear with a lot of different shoes. What stood out most is how noticeable the stability is without making the shoes feel bulky. They fit well in wider, high volume shoes like work boots and casual sneakers, which is exactly what I need. The only small caveat is they can feel a bit bulky in very snug dress shoes, so I reserve them for casual and athletic footwear. Overall I am really happy with the improvement in comfort and alignment, and they earned a solid five stars in my book.

Finally, some relief!
I’ve tried a few different brands, but these Walk Hero insoles are the real deal. I spend about 8-12 hours a day on my feet, and the arch support is exactly what I needed to stop that foot pain. I love the Firm Support: The deep heel cup actually keeps my foot aligned. They also have good at shock absorbing. Easy Fit: They fit my work books perfectly with no need to trim. Value: Honestly, they feel just as high-quality as the custom orthotics I almost spent $200 on. If you’re dealing with flat feet or plantar fasciitis, give these a shot. My feet are definitely thanking me!

Great fit and comfort
I'm a big guy and my feet get tired standing or walking for long periods of time. I have these insoles in two of my most worn shoes and they are super comfortable. The material is super light, so does not add to the weight of the shoe. Not too thick that they change the fit of your shoe, but thick enough to provide that required padding. They get me through the day with good support and cushioning. So far they wear well also - I think they'll last a good while, even with daily use.

Help with Plantar Fasciitis & Stability
Great Inserts. I have problems with my feet aching and becoming very painful after a walk. I put these in my “HOKA’S”, in place of the inserts included. Between the cloud like comfort of my “HOKA’S” and adding these inserts into to my shoes, my plantar fasciitis has improved. The pain in my feet post-walk has improved significantly.

Good Support, Comfortable but Arch Might Be High
I’ve been using the WALK·HERO Plantar Fasciitis Insoles for a few days and they’re generally comfortable and supportive, especially if you spend long hours standing. Why I Like Them • Excellent arch support: The 3.5 cm arch provides noticeable lift and support, which helps reduce foot fatigue and discomfort. • Good cushioning: Soft but firm enough to provide stability inside work boots or daily shoes. • Versatile use: Suitable for men and women, fits well in most shoes, and helpful for flat feet or plantar fasciitis. Things to Note • Arch height may be too high for some: Personally, the 3.5 cm arch felt a bit too pronounced for my feet. I’m planning to try the 2.5 cm version next to see if it’s more comfortable for long-term wear. • Break-in time: Like most orthotics, it takes a few days to adjust to the insoles fully. Verdict A solid choice if you need serious arch support and relief from foot pain. If you’re sensitive to higher arches, consider trying the 2.5 cm version instead. ★★★★☆

Good and durable, comparable to big brands
Excellent support, of similar quality to something I paid 4 times more at the podiatrist. I like the deep heel cup, high arch support and the level of stiffness. Better than Sch*** and Spen*** ones I have tried.

Comfortable, good support for flat feet
As a letter carrier with serious flat feet, I was desperatly looking for better feet saver. I own few different orthotic insoles. They are over 550 dollars but too thick even for my 2 size bigger shoes and arch support is too high ( It is customized. so it should be comfortable) when I wear it my ankle is in pain with lots of pressure. This 20 bucks insole help me a lot. Thin and easy to take them out from the shoes. I'm new lettercarrier I walk at least 20k to 30k steps a day. I have new blister everyday and I lost toe nails. I bought some new shoes and I was looking for insoles. I found this insole on amazon for another trial, and It was thin to fit my shoes but so comfortable!! I read another customer's review for durability. I cannot tell it is not durable or not yet cuz I've been using it only 1 week. I found out there is moist under insole so I keep it as in the photo. Print is wearing out but still ok. I try to walk properly as my chiropractor recommand. Walk heel to toe. Reach the heel on the floor first. I ordered second pair too. Hope it last 6 month for each.
