Game Changer!
Okay, so I wasn't sure if this would work or not. After all, I have already bought about 3 or 4 different harnesses-Carrying bag/pouches what have you--all with the big hope of being able to get my beloved elderly dog up to our 3rd floor apartment. Thank Goodness for the makers of this harness! They actually put quite a bit of care, thought and time into creating a really great product.1) This thick cushiony padding they used works wonders to gently cradle my elderly dog. The other carry harnesses have not had anything close to this level of comfort padding. Yowza-its Nice!2) Plus, This harness is STURDY! Wow, is it sturdy! I can feel these straps securely holding my dog and he will not be in danger of any falls. Hoping and praying, but I do feel safe in saying that.3) The maker also has very smartly added a secure neck harness this insures that my dog won't be in danger of slipping out. Also his back legs are secured too. Double-win.4) Dog tested-Dog approved! At first, my little poochie was taken back by this lift up the stairs. It was new and I have never actually been able to hoist him up to my side before-not with any shoulder straps because in the past, they have ALL been way too flimsy and only 1 strap. This one has 2 shoulder straps and it makes a BIG difference-both on my shoulders and for the doggie being carried too. 2 straps truly balances the weight of the dog so much better. And I can carry my dog that much easier.5) There is a soft shoulder pad that goes around these 2 shoulder straps. Thank-You!!!! Oh WOW! Did I need that. My shoulders thank the maker of this fabulous harness ten fold!6) One caveat:Did I mention the straps? There are kinda a lot of...straps.Almost like hitching up a little Pony or something 😂. You have to laugh when putting your dog into this strappy contraption. Because it is funny! If you have a mostly copacetic and way chill dog like myself it's even funnier. Because for once my little doggie is at least a little curious about what the heck this thing is.I tell him, "Hey, look how cool this is! We are going for a little ride"-- of course I have to act excited and try to get him excited because it is a brand new thing. So far he has done really well with it.That said, there are kind of a lot of straps!!!You have got to have the patience of JOB when putting your dog into this. Well not quite, but kinda. At least my dog has to have a lot of patience.7) If you can't tell already, I highly recommend this doggie carrier.8) Size wise I went up a size just to make darn sure my dog would fit in this thing. So he weighs around 36-38 lbs. He is a very long little dog almost like a medium mini Golden retriever. He is as long as a full size dog. So I got him the XL size and it fits him perfect.9) The Price is like-Woah!-are you serious? I had to get it. Such a Deal.10)This strappy little padded harness is EXACTLY what both me and ny beloved dog needed to keep living up on the 3rd floor. Of course, where else would we go? So we are stuck up there and I needed some kind of a solution. This is IT.Highly recommend this to anyone needing to lift or carry their beloved canine anywhere. It works and my dog has no complaints...other than it does not aparently come in a Pepperoni Pizza Scented Package. This was what my dog wanted me to ask the manufacturer. His main complaint..."there's no Pepperoni Pizza. You promised me Pepperoni Pizza!"So, there is that.

Well worth having.
Our 70-pound dog had ACL surgery, and we had to carry her in and out of the house every day for two weeks, including up and down the stairs. This item saved my back.

Works as described!
I ordered this harness for my brother's dog who weighs about 120 pounds. It did not disappoint. To date, this is the only thing that we can use when needing to lift him in and out of the tub for baths.

Life saver
This has been a life saver for my Newfi. He struggles to get up. I just help him and little and he is on his feet walking around.

It hurt my dog
I had to return this item because it was hurting and making my dog uncomfortable. To be used as a support is good but not to carry the dog even if is for a small distance. I found another one from another brand that it was much better for me.I have a large dog a labrador, she is skinny but just keep that in mind.

Great for older dog mobility issues as well as nail trimming at any age
I bought this to help with my senior lab as getting up and down stairs and into the car become more difficult for him, and this sling as been perfect for that. It is well made, easy to put on, and most importantly appears to be comfortable for my dog. There is quite a bit generous padding that most harnesses/slings that I have researched don't seem to have. What I was not expecting is how useful this sling is for my younger lab when I go to trim their nails, it has made the task so much easier on both of us. Suspending them in the sling seems to relax them enough (they still hate the nail trims) that I can get it done faster and without fear of hurting them. Really happy with this purchase.

Easy to use
I have an epileptic dog who is 55lbs and getting older. We do a lot of hiking and camping, sometimes just me and the dog. Last year we had a close call with a rattle snake. My dog wasn’t bitten but if he had been I realized my ability to get him to safety on my own might be limited. I wanted to add something like this to my gear just in case.I have a bad shoulder from a car accident so I was skeptical about how much easier this harness would make carrying 55lbs.Wow! What a difference! I got my dog to try it on as a “purse” as a front back, and a backpack. This was way easier than I imagined. Made carrying him seem really easy. I feel really confident now that if he was hurt I’d have no trouble packing him out of the woods by myself. My only complaint is that the body part is, IMOA, heavily padded. It makes carrying it as part of my regular gear inconvenient. I suppose if I ever had to use it, I’ll probably be glad it’s padded. The other issue is the straps and cables. Obviously necessary but again, it makes packing it a chore. I’ll be sewing a case/bag for this so that when I’m sliding gear in and out of my bag it’s not constantly getting tangled.Overall really satisfied.

Lift assist for dogs
I got the largest one for my 67 lb boxer/lab mix. Fit big on him, but definitely help in a bind after a leg injury.
