Too difficult to operate
The instructions were just terrible. Maybe they work in China but not on the United States When I have to go on the Internet to try to discover from some other source, how to use this personโs product I give up Iโve been a physician for 45 years and I can figure out almost anything, but this is a mystery so in my suggestion, Amazon should dump this product

This pitcher is great! I no longer need to may one glass at a time. Easy to use and clean and not to bulky on counter space. I would buy it again in a heart beat.โค๏ธ๐๐ป๐

Very impressed with this water ionizer. Is simply and fast . I have had the smaller units but this one cuts down the time of trying to fill a pitcher. I will always have this unit in my house.

It doesn't work
Unfortunately after using this product for a few months it stopped working. Does not create hydrogen even after trying all the troubleshooting

Hydrogen test meter
One individual posted that they tested the water with a hydrogen meter tester and no hydrogen was detected. Well, the chemical composition of water is two hydrogen and one oxygen-H2O. So a hydrogen test meter should register hydrogen with water right out of the tap before adding hydrogen to it. Therefore, I am inclined to disregard that negative review.
