Curry in a Hurry
The best kitchen accessory ever. If you love a chicken curry and you only have half an hour you bring it up to pressure and turn it right down to 3 out of 9 for half an hour and you're done. Time and money saver... Lamb curry 45 min but I use lamb steaks.

Scratched and discoloured
Arrived scratched and discoloured. Returned for a refund. Shame, it was such a cute little pot. EDIT: Ordered a second one, it's not too bad. 4 stars. Still a little scratched up.

I used to this tip off Pressure cooker. You just need to wait get the best presure with highest fire them when starting get to much presure you just turn the fire lower and then it'll be fine and not dispend a lot gas.

Size probably looks small but itโs actually not that small. Works great. Simple and effective. Cook lentils and meat easily. Especially with the current energy crisis this is a great buy.
