Works.

I've used this in an Evolution EVOSAW180HD Industrial Steel Circular Saw to cut aluminium sheet (around 1.5 to 2.5mm). Cuts smoothly, with no vibration and virtually burr-free. I'll update this when I have more feedback on lifespan and durability.

I got the 7" aluminum cutting blade to cut down some roller shades (aluminum cassette, tube, and bottom rails), and this blade did the job beautifully. Cuts were clean and square, and barely left any burrs. They were as good as factory cuts. As a result of the clean cuts, the material did not heat up and I didn't have to worry about melting of plastic/vinyl materials. My miter saw (and most saws I've had/used) has a 5/8" arbor, as would most North American-made saws in this size/class (8-10"), so the 20mm arbor presented a minor challenge. Fortunately, when the hole is too big, you can simply use an adapter to give you a smaller hole. 20mm to 5/8" arbor reduction adapters are readily available for purchase, or in my case I 3D-printed one. This blade is well worth the price and a worthwhile investment, as having the right tool now, I can save my other blades, and retire use of my chop saw with grinding disc.
