Black Ceiling Rose

I wanted a black ceiling rose to go with a black kitchen light and black cable. This workes perfectly, it fits the ceiling really snuggly and is slightly larger than the white rose that was there before, and so hides the fixing marks on the ceiling from this last rose.

this is as you would expect except that the first pair I ordered were broken round the edges so I had to send them back. the second pair are ok but have a rather dull surface with small scratches. ok for what I want them for but not very good quality.

Was slightly worried when I ordered it as the photo doesn't show the back of it. Wasn't totally sure it would have the actual 'wiring bits' (I am extremely technical).Has enough to cope with three wires coming, which is what most ceiling roses need. Did have a bad experience with one I bought from B&Q which didn't have the internal wiring to cope with three wires so was a bit of a waste of time.It is now securely fitted to the wall.Remember to get a black lightbulb fitting bit, I didn't order one so it looked a bit silly for a couple of days before I sorted that out too!

The package was fine and there were no broken bits in the package, so this was packaged up broken.

Bought this ceiling rose as needed to make more room for the wires but once received and tried to install there wasn't much room available.Also the hole for the wires to feed through is small so unable to get cable/wires to fit comfortable in and made the product unusable.I’m out of the return window so can’t return but will keep or sell off.

Just the finish I needed to complete a light that needed fitting. Good value for money

Item arrived very quick, looks very retro with the black corded wire I bought separately and the black light shade I purchased. I had to wire the ceiling plate as my existing one was smaller but easy enough, just changed like for like wires

very standard fitting :D had a few different random fittings recently, none of them would let me just unscrew the standard one that was there, and screw the new one, had to mess around changing the roses and everything annoying, this made it easy, and i just had to unscrew, change wires, and ascrew this one, was s simple compared to some of the more annoying ones ive had recently (altho to be fair, its mostly by bad DY skills that usually makes things annoying :D but this product helped keep my stress levels low )
