On one piture it shows IZZO on the aid but on the picture of a person wearing the aid it plainly shows the Callaway name. So who really makes this?

IZZO is owned by Callaway, it is one of their smaller brands.

Is it made from stretchy material so it gives a little?

It does give a little . But keeps you confined for a proper swing plane.

I am not sure but if they had very small diameter arms it may slide down. That could be cured with a sewing machine,or fabric glue or a needle and thread.
