I took a chance on this because my cramps are killing me & I was using a tens unit but hate the wires and sticking them on and off. I’ve been eyeing this & finally did it. Let me say I love love love this!! It’s good quality, very lightweight and easy to use. It has 3 heat settings and it gets warm so quickly which I love. It’s not scorching hot to where it’s uncomfortable, it’s the perfect heat. The vibrating is amazing and helps a lot. I will say I planned to take this on days I have cramps at work but the vibrating sound is a little loud for that but I’ll just use that part at home or on my break if I have to. Very easy to control, hold button down to turn on or off (top is heat and bottom is vibrate). The adjustable strap is amazing too, I like that I can walk around without a cord like with typical heating pads. I charged it right out of the box (after trying first of course lol) it probably took 45 minutes to fully charge! This product really helped my pain and discomfort and I’m so happy I got it and took a chance on it!

Love this very comforting around that time of the month. Use it on my back for that lower back pain as well. The massage is nice and the heating is powerful be careful with it and don use it directly on your skin. Wear a shirt and then the device or it will hurt the skin.

10/10 recommend. Really great product! I just wish the battery life was longer. It heats really quickly, is comfortable and I love that it has multiple heat settings. It’s slightly bulky but is possible to hide under jeans or a large sweatshirt. Sometimes I worry I’ll accidentally press the vibration button and it will go off in my bag but so far that hasn’t happened haha. For anyone with bad cramps or endometriosis, this is a great product, it really helped in my recovery from surgery!

It work's good. But I think the first setting is just to hot sometimes. I add a extra piece of cloth. Value for money, I like pink color, is easy to use. It did gave me pain relief. Last about 2 hours on.

I wish they had these things when I was a teenager. My daughter wears this with comfort, and the heat level is safe and consistent. I like that it has contours and isn't not bulky.

Love the heating part- it is so nice for some relief of cramps. The massaging function is just a vibration and I didn't personally think it did much other than make noise- maybe for others it would be nice, but not what I will use. I do like that you can use it out of the box- super easy controls.

So I had gotten this to help with my period cramps and my backaches , I had a water bag for so long even though it helps I wanted something on the go to heat up fast n that I bring to work and school. Firstly it’s small I love that it has a sleek design and it’s not heavy at all like the other heaters it doesn’t turn off every 30 minutes it does however automatically turn off it you’re not moving for a long time which also another pro , my opinion is that on the highest heating setting it lasts somewhat around 2-3 hours. Now to the cons when I got it I test out the vibration settings because I wanted something that was a quiet hum nope it’s loud as hell , for giving me 2-3 hours I can’t believe how long this thing takes to fully charge well over 5-6 hours and I’m not exaggerating it takes forever to charge which means the performance is crap and I’d have to alternate between my water bag and it self or use it only for work and school

Works great, comfortable not at all bulky or heavy, the temperatures and vibrations are perfect, easy to use.

I really love this for my monthly menstrual cramps, it helps me feel so much better. The only downside is the battery life, which isn’t as long as I’d like. Other than that, I definitely recommend it.
