So much better than the GU gel that's not yummy!! Used for 50 mile bike race and helped keep me going

Good flavor
I do like the chews, but I wish I didn’t have to eat 8 to get the calories. I think 4 would be great that 2 every 15-20mins in stead of 4 every 15-20 mins. They are small but only 10cals a pop.
