So beautifully and naturally golden
With You Tube and this lovely fIour or "Atta" as we paratha makers say, I have discovered the joy and deep satisfaction of paratha making. There is nothing like making your own bread whatever type of bread it is. Now this Atta is a beautiful golden, finely ground flour that is a joy to use and makes the job so ridiculously easy and the end result so pleasingly authentic. I think it is good for Chapatis as well but I really love Parathas and haven't tried making Chapatis. So beautifully and naturally golden. Buy it and take a crash course on Youtube and become an expert Paratha maker like me.

Atta is like a rubber
My wife found the atta very hard to work with. She feels that it is difficult to make the dough. Even after making the dough, she felt it contains plastic. The atta floats rather than sinking in the water. Will not recommend others.
