So far, so good. I’m trying the toe separation technique for strengthening/stretching my feet to alleviate foot pain. The simple toe separators kept coming off my little toe. The structure of these socks help them stay in place. Now that I can actually do this “work” we will see if it helps.

I have a disorder called CMT which causes me to have hammertoes and they all get squished together - especially the pinky toes! I got these to see if they’d help, and they actually HAVE!!! I don’t wear them for more than about 30 minutes because they get uncomfortable, but I noticed a difference after the very first time! I’m pleasantly surprised and would recommend these to anyone with foot issues that cause toe crowding.
