Today i got the product, without any damage. Amazon delivered within 2 days. Really like it. worth for money.

Good product but worst delivery
The product is good but delivery partner not delivered to my dorr step. They refused to bring it to my address and asked me to give 300₹ for transportation and I didn't have the choice so I paid them extra. Amazon should do something for this or simply add extra delivery charges from start

Defective Product
I recently purchased a refrigerator from Haier, and while I am satisfied with the product overall, I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service experience. I raised a service complaint requesting the replacement of a defective tray. However, despite lodging the complaint, there has been no response or service visit scheduled from either Haier or Amazon. The lack of communication and action is highly frustrating. It is very disappointing to experience such poor service from a brand that promotes itself as a global No. 1. As a customer, I expect timely and responsible after-sales support, especially for a newly purchased appliance. If my complaint is not addressed and a service technician does not visit my residence by tomorrow, I will be left with no option but to initiate a return request. I sincerely hope you treat this matter as urgent and arrange for immediate resolution. You may also look at the photos of the tray uploaded.

Quite impractical fridge, water bottles normal size dont fit properly. noise level is ok. one of the glass panes was missing for me. overall not so great, others in the market are much better

Overall a good purchase
The fridge is too good for the price. It does the job perfectly. The silver colour is soo good. You have to purchase fridge stand separately. The size is good for small family. Freezing ability is best. It makes a bit noise but that is expected in this price range.
