Virtually dust free sanding. Yes, it is twice the price of an electric version (figure that out) but once connected to a suitable vacuum works brilliantly to extract the dust (we have Titan 2200w wet and dry). The sanding sheets wear well and I believe they are washable. The hose connection could be better, I removed the end piece and inserted the tubing into the vacuum hose before sealing with masking tape. I did have a build up of static, so beware you might want to discharge yourself from time to time. The extraction feature is so much better when compared to the same with an electric sander. Lighter, when compared to electric sander. Downside, more elbow grease is required, but the disks are effective, so negates that somewhat.

Firstly I want to say that this set is an absolute must if you've got more than the odd patch of filler to sand. I've been using it in conjunction with Roll Nova roll-on plaster. The combination of the two is absolutely amazing. Definitely saved myself a lot of money on getting the wall re-skimmed professionally and the finish is flawless. HOWEVER! The static shocks I get from this thing are unreal! They seemed to get progressively worse until the last one I got litterlally blew my hand open, genuinely painful! It had me wondering if it was definitely a static shock and not an actual classic electrocution situation, but alas the whole thing is made of plastic. Admittedly I was working on carpet, wearing a pair of foam Adidas sliders so perhaps it was the perfect storm of highly synthetic materials and entirely my own fault.

Great product! Obviously a bit more elbow grease than an electric sander, but comfortable and very easy to use. The mesh sanding pads don't get clogged (so well worth the additional cost) and it sands very well. But the best quality is the dust extraction, which is superb, even when using this with my pretty standard Miele home vacuum (just disconnected the vacuum head attachment and jammed the Mirka hose end connector into the vacuum hose). This produces way, way, less dust than my Bosch electric sander with vacuum). Excellent.

Great to use for sanding walls or flat surfaces. Would need smaller attachments to get behind or into tight corners. Attached easily to my Henry Hoover to take in the dust. Overall, very happy with this!

Fantastic bit ok kit wish I discovered it sooner

Wir sind am renovieren und dazu unser komplettes Erdgeschoss von Glasfaser-Tapete befreit, danach zum ersten Mal geschliffen, gespachtelt und erneut geschliffen. Was soll ich sagen: nach ca. 100m² Wand bin ich immer noch begeistert. Klar, ein elektrischer wäre wohl schneller gewesen, aber für 40 Euro Wareneinsatz und nahezu keinem Staub, kann ich (fast) nichts negatives berichten. Der Wechsel der Schleifpads geht problemlos, sie haften auch nach ausgiebigem Gebrauch noch einwandfrei und der Klett-Belag ist nicht zugesetzt. Man hat eine sehr gute Führung, da man flach auf der Oberfläche bleibt. Ecken / Kanten gehen einwandfrei und man trägt mit den Schleif-Pads gut was ab. Auch hakelt da nichts, das schleifen geht locker flockig. Ich habe das Gerät an einem Bosch G25L Sauger, passt einwandfrei & hält dicht. Der Schlauch ist ausreichend lang. Wir haben 2,70m hohe Decken und ich konnte problemlos bis unter die Decke kommen. Auch, wenn der Sauger etwas weg stand. Top! Nun gibt es aber 2 Kritikpunkte: Wenn ihr unbedarft an den Schleifpads zieht, um sie zu wechseln, kann es passieren, das ihr den Klettbelag mit runter zieht. Nicht komplett, aber an den Ecken merkt man schon, das man da etwas zu feste gezogen hat. Finde ich nicht so toll. Auch die schwarze Beschichtung am Griff, löst sich relativ schnell ab und hängt dann in Streifen runter. Dem Schleifklotz selber, dürfte so schnell nichts passieren, der ist sehr stabil. Fazit: Nachdem wir miterleben mussten, was ein professioneller Maler anrichten kann, der "ohne Staubsauger" schleift, war das der beste Kauf an Werkzeug, den ich die letzten 3 Jahre getätigt habe. Das Teil ist wirklich genial und der Dreck, hält sich absolut in Grenzen. Ich würds wieder kaufen, jederzeit!

Cae algo de polvo pero del que va al suelo. Evita que se forme el polvo en suspensión que es lo realmente molesto al lijar las juntas de paneles de yeso. El tubo te pega ramapazos de vez en cuando pero es pura física y así te mantienes despierto xD. va muy bien para las esquinas techo-pared. Recomendado darle un par de meneos o toques con la lija hacia arriba para que absorba el poco polvo que se queda atrapado en el velcro que dificulta la absorción por la aspiradora. Muy recomendable
