Really happy with these headphones. Tried two different brands of headphones prior to these which had ineffective noise cancellation whereas these Sony headphones are great, there is a real difference when the noise cancellation is on. I bought them to wear in the garden to reduce noise disturbance from neighbours and they work very effectively. They are really lightweight and can be worn for hours with no discomfort. The battery life is long. Quality of sound is also good, not tinny.

I bought these primarily for studying so I can block out other noisy students in the library and wear them for long amounts of time without my ears getting sore. I also chose these because Sony seems to make good headphones, and I really liked the design- they aren’t too huge and bulky. PROs: Comfortable, I wear these for hours at a time in the library. Of course every so often I take them off for 5 minutes when my ears get warm but that’s inevitable. Happy with how comfortable they are because I also wear hijab, which means I already have 2 layers of fabric over my ears which makes most headphones so uncomfortable and painful to wear. The top band is squishy so it doesn’t hurt your head much. The sound is lovely, but I’m no expert or that fussed over sound so I don’t know how it holds up against others. But I noticed a big difference with my other headphones, the music sounds great and you can adjust the settings from the app. The noise cancelling mode is pretty good. Again I have no real point of comparison. It mostly blocks background noise, not people’s voices. Voices become muted, especially if it’s a crowd, but you can still hear people talking around you which is a bit of a bummer. But they are great for blocking other sounds- for example on the motorway, they totally block out the sounds of the road and cars. When I take them off I get shocked by how loud it is. This is great if you get overstimulated. Sometimes I wear them without playing anything just for some quiet. They block out some noise even without turning them on. The app is good, you can adjust the noise cancelling. NC mode sometimes gives me a headache after a while, not sure why, so I often switch to ambient mode. Battery strength is good. You should charge it every night if you’re going to use it a lot though. The only times it’s ran out is when I haven’t charged it in a few days despite heavy use. You could definitely charge it fully once and use it non stop for a car and plane journey- I’ve done that. Very light considering the size. They aren’t heavy enough to hurt your head. Sometimes my scalp hurts after a while but that would happen with any sustained pressure. I just shift them forward or backwards and its fine. They’re pretty secure, enough to run in, but not sure of they’re tight enough to exercise at all angles with, you know moving your head up and down. I think if they were any tighter they’d be uncomfortable anyway so I don’t mind. They’re pretty sturdy, not floppy lile my other smaller headphones from Sony. I got it in white and I don’t regret it. They look very stylish. I hesitated because in the picture it looks paper white, but it’s a bit more muted in person, with hints of grey. CONs: Despite being generally comfortable, there’s a really annoying piece of plastic in the ear that pokes at my ear sometimes. I don’t know if it’s because my ears/head are sort of big but it’s irritating sometimes. I have to shift it around. They don’t fold up. If they did they’d be so much easier to transport. As it is, I wear them around my neck, as the ear pieces thankfully do twist around. Still I think they’d be easier to take care of if they folded. It’s sort of risky just putting them in your bag, unless you can be bothered to carry them in a proper case which admittedly I rarely do. I had to buy a separate case for around £14 so add that to your tally. The buttons feel a bit cheap, they’re quite clicky, not very soft. I don’t really care about that sort of thing but I know some people do. OVERALL: I got these after a long while of comparing different headphones. I settled on these because of the price. I’m a uni student and this is the most I’m willing to spend. It’s actually a little steep, especially since I don’t listen to music that much. They’re mainly for studying and travel. But because of the noise cancelling I end up using them a lot. If they were any more expensive, I’d be too afraid to use them as much as I do. Whilst they’re expensive for my range, they are the cheapest of Sonys over ear headphones that are good. And that also LOOK good. I’ll admit I value the aesthetics- there’s other brands with similar headphones that probably perform as well for less, but that look bulkier and uglier. These look great. So I don’t regret this purchase!! I think it would be a total waste if I bought the more expensive Sony headphones that are more trendy right now, especially since I bought this myself. If you’re a student looking for a solid pair of headphones but can’t afford the popular ones, these are a great shout! I plan on using them at least until I finish university, so 3 year’s minimum. I’m getting my money’s worth. I also heard they use the same tech as the Sony XM4/5 but don’t quote me on that- but I think 90% of people would be very happy with the sound. I bought these when they dropped and there we’re basically 0 reviews- I took a leap and have no regrets!! They’d also make a great gift for any teenager obsessed with their music lol. Update: it’s now January 2024 and I rarely go anywhere without them! Still in great shape and the noise cancelling is a god send. I get asked about them all the time. And I’ve been shoving them my bag unceremoniously for months and they’re still going strong Extra Update: I’ve since got the airpods pro 2 which have amazing sound quality. Now when I use these Sony headphones, the difference in sound quality is unfortunately really obvious. But it’s one of those things where if you don’t know how good it COULD sound, you won’t miss it.

This is a very good pair of headphones at a great great price, quality is very clear, very light, feels comfortable, looks clean, easy to take places. The ONLY reason I’m giving it a 4 star is because I can’t connect it to my PS5 (still a Sony product??) but other than that 5/5

This is my first pair of headphones in over 10yrs, I wish I found them sooner! I had been using airpods and changed my phone to samsung this caused my airpods to not function properly and in need of new ones, issue is the shape of airpods os the only shape I like but did NOT want airpods again so headphones it was. I am petit and my partners headphones(different big brand) were huge on me, falling off even pn the smallest setting, the earpieces stuck out and sat way further than my ear and felt heavy. These ones ars the perfect fit! Not too big, not heavy, like they were made for me. On the app for them you can adjust how you like to hear music, it helps you pick as well of youre not well versed with it(Im not), I made the bass a little heavier. Bluetooth connection was easy, found and paired first time round. I have had no connection issues, the connection has been better than my airpords ever were, even when they were new. They really are soundproof, I dont have to turn the volume all the way up and sometimes still cant hear people talking right next to me. It has a button that blocks or allows noise to pass through(pretty cool, odd hearing it the first few times), I find it works but with some songs, I cant hear anyone either way but I do notice the changes in if theres car noise or not if Im walking next to a road. There is a little button on the headphone to change between these options. The volume is so good that when I need to hear my surroundings clearly I can put the down on my neck and still hear my music clearly and the volume STILL isnt on full. I charged the battery when I got them to 100%, used them for 3 day and was on 80%, this was with intermittent listening throughout the day. They look good as well, I got blue as it matches my phone, they have been bumped and no scratches(I expected scratches) They do NOT block noise on calls. Unless there is a setting for this I have not found yet. If I am on a call, the other person can hear me and EVERYTHING ELSE in the background. Be aware of that.

Headphones are great considering the price. Obviously sound quality is subjective, but for me these provide the perfect amount of bass without ruining the quality of vocals. There's a small amount of noise leaking from the headphones but it's hardly noticeable and wouldn't be heard above background noise. Noise cancelling works really well and the headphones themselves are a nice, snug, fit. Well worth the money and I chose these over a more expensive Sony model.

Super comfy and sound incredible. These sony wireless over ear headphones are lightweight and sit comfortably over your ears, making listening to music for a long period of time an enjoyable experience. There is a little bit of noise bleed when your on max volume. The sound is clear and crisp and the noise cancelling is perfect. The dusty pink colour is really nice. Very easy to connect to your devices and the app allows you to customise settings. Good value for money. I also like they are not too bulking and can fit into a compact case making them perfect for travelling. The side buttons also make it very convenient when you want to change the song and volume without getting your phone out. Really good quality and highly recommend

I have purchased three of these headphones as they are such a good quality for the price lovely smooth sound not tinny. The size is also good that some headphones are huge. Noise cancelling very effective, especially on an aeroplane to drown out the noise. Would highly recommend.

For its price, the headphones perform well and have clear sound quality. After the death of my Beats Solo 3, I turned to Sony as I was looking for another reputable brand with a wide range of products. When seeing these headphones I bought them due to their relatively cheap price and promise of Active Noise Cancellation. The design is nice with a navy blue colour, easy to connect, and battery life can easily last me a whole week on one charge as someone who listens for at least 3 hours a day. In terms of audio quality, it was a slight downgrade from my beats as they lack the heavy bass I was used to but still good enough for the average listeners. It connects well with the Sony app where you have the option to change the audio profile to your choice so I’m sure if I look into that I can better suit the headphones to me. They do however feel a bit light and flimsy in compared to my Beats which had real leather ear cups and a solid metal band inside but when wearing them on the pro side, they are light and comfortable in comparison to my old headphones that would squeeze my head and hurt my skull. The noise cancelling is not that good however with it reducing outside sound a lot, but not completely blocking it out. They are large in size and can easily expand for those with larger heads but do note, there is no case for carrying so I often find myself having them stored around my neck. When looking for a good pair of headphones for a reasonable price, these will do the job. The nice cancellation work well enough for most, the sound is descent, and the battery is long lasting. Only downsides are due to the price which obviously only a top end headphone could achieve but for what the price is, I saintly recommend. Sincerely, A broke uni student.

Quasi sorprendenti in relazione al prezzo. Leggere e comodissime, padiglioni auricolari adeguati e cuscini sufficientemente morbidi. C’è una esagerata enfasi sui bassi, nulla che non si possa correggere con una adeguata equalizzazione, scavando le medio basse e schiarendo le frequenze più alte. Non siamo certo ai livelli di cuffie che costano molto ma molto di più ma danno soddisfazione. Suonano comunque meglio delle Beats Studio pro che ho reso, hanno controlli migliori e sono più comode. ANC nella media, non c’è silenzio assoluto ma si sente la ‘firma’ delle sorelle maggiori XM5: determinate frequenze alte e medie sono pressoché inavvertibili, sulle basse qualcosina passa ma - hey - le ho pagate 34 euro con lo sconto di Amazon warehouse. Batteria dalla durata più che adeguata e possibilità di ascolto anche passivo con jack da 3.5. Controlli fisici che adoro e connessione a due device contemporaneamente, cosa volere di più a meno di 50 euro?

Esse produto é excelente. Comprei em julho de 2023 e até hoje funciona perfeitamente, únicas avarias que o bem possui atualmente é que está descascando nas almofadas e o fio do fone que conectava nos aparelhos quebrou no segundo ano. Também, por eu ter escolhido branco, sinto que apresentou amarelamento rápido, por isso se um dia eu for comprar outro optarei pela cor preta. Sempre tive receio de comprar headset, pois a maioria que usei apertava minha cabeça e me incomodavam bastante, mas não é o caso do Sony WH-CH720N, ele é super leve e encaixa perfeitamente bem. Quanto a funcionalidade do "cancelamento de ruído", algo que não vi ninguém falando antes de comprar é que para a função o fone emite uma leve frequência para cancelar os sons externos, como eu tenho uma alta sensibilidade auditiva sinto uma pressão no meu ouvido quando ativo, e, por isso, não consigo usar tal função. Não sei se isso ocorre até nos top de linha da Sony, mas fica o aviso. Ainda assim, sinto que valeu super apena comprar esse headset, pois só de colocar ele na cabeça o barulho externo já ameniza muito para mim, se tornando indispensável no meu dia a dia. E, por fim, a bateria dele é excelente, carrega rápido (nunca cheguei a contar, mas carrega inteiro com menos de 1 hora) e dura muito (alguns dias) mesmo eu usando o tempo todo. Mesmo depois de todo esse tempo a bateria não chegou a viciar em nenhum momento.

Trois fois moins cher que son grand frère de la série 1000, ce casque est néanmoins de très bonne qualité. L'écoute est agréable, le son est top. Isole bien de l'entourage. Un casque confortable qui me convient parfaitement pour un usage quotidien. Excellent choix sans dépenser trop.
