I’m really glad I bought this. Good quality, good to use as I bigger ball, the halves under both feet, or the little ball (although I’ve been using that less), I have a lot of foot issues, including a neuroma at the moment, and using this really helps my feet feel relaxed after. I held off buying because it’s a bit more expensive that other massage balls but it’s definitely worth it.

I haven’t had this little neuro ball for very long, but I love it. Once you get used to using your feet feel relaxed and it feels as though your foot opens out every time you use it. I think it will be great for your balance overall. Great quality.

I already wear barefoot shoes and this is the perfect complimentary tool. I look forward to seeing how it improves my feet over time!

I have had the ball only one day but I can feel relief already, The pain in my feet, from inflamation and years of abuse, has decreased significantly in only 3 uses over the 1 day. I will watch the videos for suggestions tomorrow and plan to get plenty of use out of this product.
