What is the best before date please?

Items delivered on 12-06-2021. Best before date on bars was 14-07-2021.

Are these full size bars or mini bars please

I think they are full bars, I'm from the UK so can't compare them to past bar sizes. I can say they are bigger than UK mini sizes for things like Mars and snickers. They appear to be similar if not larger than full sized UK chocolate bars.
