I cant get it to stay on thanks** A: You fix the plate to your chosen surface with the appropriate fixings then the hook part fits over the plate. There is a tiny grub screw, that fits in a hole in the middle of the base side, that you tighten fully. This holds everything secure. If you are still having problems, make sure you have the back plate around the right way. **Q: I received my item and it is back not stainless steel?** A: Yes it’s not stainless steel, however I’ve found it’s fine in the bathroom and doing it’s job well. **Q: What size drill bit is required for this product if drilling into a tiled surface?** A: My partner says 5.5 or 6mm and use red rawl plug ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good quality *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 20 February 2026* Looks lovely ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Quality item... *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 8 June 2026* This is a quality piece of bathroom furniture, well sturdy for hanging towels off. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Bought to match other Aothpher 304 Stainless Steel Chrome Finished bathroom products. *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 2 January 2020* I bought this hook to match Aothpher 304 Stainless Steel Chrome Finished towel ring and wall fitted toilet roll holder. The other two products went up a dream but this one was more than fiddly to get perfectly level. Now that it is up, though, it looks great and I am really pleased with it.It has been up a year now and no rust or deterioration of any kind. It is taking weight of dressing gowns or bath sheets and is not pulling out of our hollow core door at all. ## Frequently Bought Together - Aothpher 304 Stainless Steel Chrome Finished Towel Hook，Modern Chrome Towel Robe Luxury Square Bathroom Accessory - Aothpher Modern Toilet Roll Paper Holder Wall Mounted Bathroom Tissue Rack Stainless Steel - Aothpher Wall Mounted Towel Ring in kitchen Bathroom Chrome Stainless Steel Towel Holder --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://grenada.desertcart.com/products/50353501-towel-hook](https://grenada.desertcart.com/products/50353501-towel-hook) --- *Product available on Desertcart Grenada* *Store origin: GD* *Last updated: 2026-10-18*
