Do the ear pads come off? I’ve had issues with that in the past.

Thanks for reaching out, the ear cushions on the Riff Wired headphones are not removable and do not come off.

Does this have a mic?

Yes, Skullcandy's Riff Wired has a built in mic on the left ear cup!

Does the riff sound just as good as the riff wireless?

Haven’t heard the riff wireless but in my opinion as a fan of music I think my headphones deliver.

What kind of cord does the riff wired require I need a replacement and not sure what it uses?

It uses a 3.5 mm audio input/output cable.
