Eat Beautiful

I really like this book, it's glossy and well presented with lot's of photographs. It's divided in to 'skin/hair/nail etc complaint' sections with foods that help each condition. For example, foods to help combat peeling nails. The recipes are good, mostly vegetarian. I would comment that the recipes do contain a lot of ingredients though. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase and I'll have it as a great reference book for many years. UPDATE: I've been following their recommendations for 'mature skin' for six weeks now. My skin is so much better and it glows with good health whereas before it was dry and flaking in places. I've also noticed a massive improvement in my nails from the diet which are now thicker and stronger. At times it has been hard. Eating two avocados every week, for example, hasn't always been so easy. But it has really paid off. I definitely recommend this book if you want to see results. Star purchase.

Interesting book! A great read and great tasty recipes. Iv notice a difference in my skin, my energy is stronger and hair is silky and my nails are strong too.

It’s really nice book....pretty,lots of easy ideas for healthy eating....I think you can even start diet with this book or you can use it to start beauty regime as it’s say what to it to have ,beautiful skin and hair.There are recepices and weekly detox diets.....I love that book.Its good for detox.

An excellent book with very helpful information covering many areas of nutrition. Well presented, nicely written with help to many issues. If nutrition is your hobby, this is a must for you, along with the others in this series.

As always with Neal Yard fab book lovely illustrations easy and clear to understand a joy to read and learn from.

very informative book, excellent for anyone who wants to improve their overall health and wellbeing, though I think if you were to purchase just one from this particular DK range I would buy the healing foods version, its a fantastic informative book providing a detailed insight into healthy foods and their health properties with recipes included, can't recommend it enough.

What can I say.... read for yourself this excelllent food bible and gift for foodies who are not creative with food. Love the bright colourful illustrations could go on and on. Worth every single penny I spent on this book and more!
