Face is so sticky, i have been using it for a month, and it’s useless

I was really looking forward to using this product, but unfortunately, when I opened it, I noticed black mold spots on the surface. It seems like it may have been exposed to moisture or not stored properly before delivery. Since I’ve already opened and handled the item, I won’t be requesting a return — but I’m disappointed that it arrived in this condition. This might be an isolated case, but I would recommend improving the quality control to avoid similar issues for future customers.

This was one of my best skincare purchases. It definitely made a huge difference to my skin. I don’t often find skincare I like using every single day but I can’t live without this now. The pads are saturated in the serum and skin feels so fresh and glowy after use.

I LOVE the collagen pads. Keeps my skin at bay and makes it feel firmer. I leave on my face for about 20 minutes before going to bed and use any remainder on neck area, wake up very glowy. I gave some to my sister who usually doesn't care for her skin but she loved it and said she felt really pretty and confident for the first time in a long time after using it for a week.

My usually sensitive mid 40’s skin has been liking these. I use them once a week when I give myself a spa day along with the retinol eye pads from this brand. The little tweezers make grabbing them hygienic and easy and the tweezers store nicely in the lid. These pads are very moist (sorry!) and are not at risk of drying out. After a month of use, I can comment that they don’t irritate my skin. They do make my skin feel somewhat sticky afterwards so I wouldn’t use these before applying makeup.
